The Right to Choose???

When did it come cool to force your beliefs and convictions on others bodies?

I needed to address this because I feel that certain perspectives are left out of  public discussions concerning Covid-19.

Suddenly, the enemy is the unvaccinated and unvaccinated = anti-vaxx. 

All unvaccinated people are NOT anti-vaxx. There are people that have been vaccinated before but don’t want this one. Some are waiting for their shots. Some are not age eligible yet and others have medical or religious reasons for not wanting to take it. 

Anti-vaxxers are those who attack people for wearing a mask, trying to open the plane doors amid flight, purposely coughing on people, don’t want to follow covid guidelines, telling others not to get the shot and refuse to wear a mask at minimum. That’s not the same as people who are unvaccinated, following guidelines, ask questions about the vaccine, and are exhibiting hesitancy for their personal reasons. They are not the same and it’s dangerous lump everyone together for the sake of. 

There’s misinformation spread on both sides about the vaccine and the reason there are spikes in cases in the United States. They are using polarizing language and creating a hostile environment for people with no regard for the wellbeing of it’s citizens.

It’s problematic to call this the “Pandemic of the Unvaccinated” when vaccinated people are getting sick and transmitting the virus as well. It gives vaccinated people the entitlement to demand that others expose their medical information which is none of anyone’s business.

 It gives vaccinated people a false since of superiority over others to the point they believe they do not have to follow the CDC Covid guidelines that are still in place because they got the shot. This messaging is dangerous because it absolves vaccinated people of responsibility as well as pit them against people who chose what was best for them.

The news and media outlets are trying to force people to take it when they have no medical or scientific background is something that no one would do because it creates liability. Not to mention they are trying to force other celebs to tell their fans to get the shot when it’s not their job or place to say that. The media attacks people who chose not to tell others what to do inregardless of if they have the vaccine or not.

Lastly, there’s a smear campaign on those that have questions and are skeptical about what’s being told to them. No one wants to address the topic of natural immunity and the data on that. It’s the shot or nothing.
