I have been playing Animal Jam since at LEAST 2016 or earlier. I originally had an older account with MULTIPLE rare dens, items, and animals, but my items were lost in the hack waves. Now, I'm back on a new account to get into my favorite aspects of the game - outfit creation, den decorating, creating art, and socializing!

This won't be bringing up negative things about the game as i just want this to be revisting my childhood! Anyone is free to follow this blog, however, my main blog is 18+ for my own comfort! I won't be linking it for the safety of ppl searching me from in game! <3

sadly, i could only find 28 out of the 35 patterned backgrounds! if i end up finding them, they will eventually be added to this post 🧱

i assume the centre of the backgrounds were intentionally kept blank to save the artists some time LOL why go through the trouble to draw something if it was going to get covered up anyway...

it's been so long that i've forgotten what my jammer wall layout looked like, i hope it comes back soon 😔

scrapped ajc frog game?

➤ i randomly stumbled across an old? unreleased game that is extremely similar to the armadillo game, long shot!

➤ it definitely makes way more sense as to why they decided to go with an armadillo in the end, but part of me wishes we also had this frog-themed swamp version as well.. 🐸

➤ it looks like the lily pads would act as some kind of launch pad to propel the frog forward, kind of like the geysers in long shot 🪷

➤ there are also a few insects (a fly and a dragonfly?) that seem to be apart of the game, although there is no mention as to what these little guys actually do..

➤ if i had to guess, maybe they would've acted like speed boosts? since frogs actively eat these guys in real life, it would be really strange if they acted like enemies that slowed it down instead 🪰

i found a blog on the wiki about other unreleased mini-games, so maybe i'll make a few posts about those too..
