Can I just point out how capitalism is so fucking weird that Marvel went to court to prove, effectively, that the philosophical premise of their own franchise is bullshit (i.e. mutants aren’t people, and are, in this case literally, worth less than humans) purely to knock what was properly a couple of percent off their tax? Like, I’m not saying it’s this big important thing, but…
