old dude wouldn't tell me what specific product he wanted or where it was and was talking really quietly to me, and after about 5 seconds of me looking through the shelves for what he wanted, he shouted at me "ITS RIGHT IN FRONT OF YOU, ARE YOU DEAF??" so I took one of my hearing aids out and showed it to him, he got quiet REAL fast
