Morning sketch day 9: This one relates to the last post, when I am feeling down or I start having troublesome thoughts I try and catch myself early before it escalates into a bad day. A walk/ change of place can help majorly + observing my thoughts and deciding to actively think about the things that make me worry in a different light.

Morning sketch day 8: When I am not feeling well I often ask close friends to go on ‘walkies talkies’ with me (or alone!), changing locations and perspectives is really helpful when you are feeling down xx

Day 4 sketch - Whilst drawing in the morning I enjoy listening to audio books or podcasts ( if my brain feels like it can digest the information) otherwise its just chill music for me.

Gooooood Morning!!
A little tip to start your day off, have a high in protein breakfast and get that dopamine and norepinephrine flowing ( aka the happy juice) . High in sugar breakfasts tend to stress out your body ... and we all know we don’t need any more stress.
Need some quick ideas? Soya or greek yoghurt, avocado, eggs, beans, nuts, peanut butter, veggie sausages!
Pinterest is full of yummy and aesthetic examples ;)
