A dark shroud of just, ignorance and the bliss of pure silence is heavy in Equius’ mind. A feeling of weightlessness, like he was floating. Man, deep sleep is such a nice things. But when that feeling of perfect weightlessness was replaced by the gut wrenching, dropping feeling of falling, his heavy eyes pop open and start darting around. Ooh no, no, nononono… hes flailing through the air and falling, jeez, at least 7 stories in the air. This landing will NOT be soft that is for sure.

But with that little thought comes the most glorious of onomatopoeia ever to be graced with words. A horrendous THWACK noise, followed by quite a gooey crunch as he can feel a pair of ribs shatter inside of him to the right. Great, just perfect. Awakening to fall to what quite honestly could be a gristly death. But, all parts aside, Equius leans up, grunting in pain and looking about, and the first thing his eyes grace is one of the last people he would ever want to meet in a situation as such. There she is, Vriska Serket, settled before him as he stares on dumbly in wide eyed shock. What a wonderful ride this is starting out to be!
