“I have given away my whole soul to someone who treats it as if it were a flower to put in his coat.”
— Oscar Wilde (via quotemadness)

“the free soul is rare, but you know it when you see it - basically because you feel good, very good, when you are near or with them.”
— Charles Bukowski, Tales of Ordinary Madness (via coral)
I still read our old text messages with tears in my eyes, a smile on my face, and unbearable pain in my heart.

“I am not the whiskey you want, I am the water you need.”
— Rupi Kaur
Night is purer than day; it is better for thinking and loving and dreaming. At night everything is more intense, more true. The echo of words that have been spoken during the day takes on a new and deeper meaning.
— Elie Wiesel, Dawn
It has become appallingly obvious that our technology has exceeded our humanity. - Albert Einstein
Bell hop
----------
It's raining here today.
It's drawn a wet map over
the pavement.
A Midwest afternoon
The cold bites a little harder than it did yesterday.
Cold feet.
No socks.
There's no bright lights
No tones of home
I haven't even heard a song
I won't know how today ends
I'm not even sure how it began
Or has it perpetually began and ended time and time again?
It's Christmas time.
But you wouldn't know it to feel it.
You wouldn't hear it in the voice on the street.
Or in the bells they're not ringing
You only know it because they told you so.
And that's all that need to know.
Daylight saving time
-----------------------------
Damn the sun
Denied and shunned
No shine will come
So darkness looms
No grass can grow
No breeze can blow
So birds sing low
And nothing blooms
No moon tonight
No northern lights
No stars burn bright
Time starts to slow
No midnight kiss
No longing bliss
It's been dismissed
And no one knows
When the darkness comes
Where the daylight goes.
Pages
--------------
She was torn.
Like the pages of your favorite book.
There was always something lurking just below the cover.
She desired to be read
She needed to be read twice
But her story always ends the same
The tears fall
The hero fails
Without a scream.
Simply a dying whisper
Her last line.
"I don't need this world"
Her epilogue
The world went away.
Save the Depraved
--------------
I can tell you imagine yourself in control.
And the deviant things you could do.
With me bound to a bed post
You'd would keep it all slow.
Make me beg just to tie up your shoes.
You force me to kneel
And I quickly agreed
You were hoping I'd try to resist.
So you found a reason
that I'd tell you no.
And made dominance clear with your fists
My nose sprayed a mist of blood so divine
And the look on your face showed such pride.
Bathing in crimson you ripped off your clothes.
And then took my face for a ride.
I gasped and I struggled as you let out a laugh.
Seemingly pleased with my pain.
What now stands before me, a deviant queen.
And she'll keep me here begging, in chains.
Her thirst never quenched, now can't be contained.
Like a dog I'm commanded to heel.
Gone are the days of versatile play
And I'm only untied for my meals.
She prefer i be gagged and bound to her bed.
With total control over me.
To weakened to run, too frightened to hide
So I willingly fall to my knees
The pain she inflicts is the worst that I've known.
she taunts my cries just for the fun
straddling my knee and grinded away.
Until the tears in my eyes make her cum.
As she tells me that I am the one.
