normal. the word lingers in her mind as she doesn’t exactly know what normal is at this point in time.

“well, what is your definition of normal? ‘cuz hell, i’m lost on what normal is after everything i have been through.” although yuna prefers not to let others bring out her past, she’s completely fine with it on her own accord. while she shakes her head as she thinks about her time before being under source, yuna showed a slight smile, a sly chuckle following after. “whatever, i should really just forget about the past.”

question wasn’t what was in the drawer, but how did she find herself in beast’s dorm?

“i’m not that kind of girl that snoops around looking for whatever! you’re fine oppa!” a light chuckle emitted from the tip of his lips. “however, you being flustered makes me curious. at least tell me what’s in it!” a large smirk was put upon her involuntarily as she asked the question. she was comfortable around gikwang, which wasn’t like yuna to not feel any source of nervousness around someone who’s been in the industry far longer than she has. that in mind, to quit her smiling, yuna turned around and stretched her mouth in weird positions before turning her attention back to gikwang. “sorry, oppa!”

“how does anyone suck at being human? we’re all human, unless you’re some kind of mutation i don’t know of!” yuna squinted her eyes towards the other male while turning her head to the side slightly, an unsure smile placed on her face. “studied?  you got something coming up or–?”

smiling is hard. it’s one of the hardest things to put on her face when she wasn’t in the mood. or when it’s her time of the month. “i can’t force myself to smile, otherwise it’ll look weird. if only i could do it so naturally, but i just can’t. it’s one of the most difficult things for me when i’m just not feeling it you know?” as an idol, it’s inevitable. either be happy or stay in the dorm trying. when showing any kind of dissatisfaction, fans will create their own stories, and she was definitely aware of that. “i don’t know how most people do it, like honestly!”

“what’s the rush?” more often than not, yuna prefers to be in the now rather than worry about the future. even if it meant contradicting her path as an idol, she loves to just go with the flow and let situations come her way. “honestly though, what’s your definition of home? the dorm or where you grew up?” a smile formed on her face as she posed the question. “’cuz for me, home is the dorm, and family is gfriend.”

“but what if i don’t really know what i’m trying to say?” needless to say that she wasn’t really sure of what the topic at hand really was. despite her knowledge of things that she shouldn’t really know at her age, she’s mature enough to take it lightly (or not depending). the older male did ask the question abruptly, and she didn’t really know how to respond or say. “honestly, what are we even talking about?”

“That would be a thrill for everybody, I’m sure.”

the one word she loves to hear. thrilling actions and events give her life, other than being up on stage of course. she would give up anything to be on stage, but often does she hesitate when thrill comes close to her way. “thrill or fright? two completely different things, but i mean for me it’d be a bit of both!” excited as she was, she wasn’t really sure whether or not everyone would be down for the initial plan to go to a real haunted house.

stench lingers the room. no one really knows where it’s coming from, but they’ve tried the strongest stench remover around they had. febreze. “what the fuck is it anyway?” the revolting aroma was strong to the point where she had to hold her shirt under her nose in attempts to get rid of it.

the summer heat hadn’t really hit her until jackson hinted towards a cold, and soft served snack. a mcflurry. she couldn’t resist the idea of breaking her diet, after all, her manager wasn’t with her. “oppa! let’s go grab some!” her mouth curved upwards, head tilting to the side to show some cuteness overload that she wasn’t all that great at. she rather felt uncomfortable with it, but with jackson it was different. it was like she felt comfortable around him, but not to the point where her displays of cute affection were effortless.

the first step out of the building, yuna noticed a familiar face, and greeted them with a smile. “in fact, GFRIEND is working hard, oppa!” a chuckle left the tip of her lips as she walked down beside him. “we’re working on a comeback which will be soon! look out for us!”

“what the fuck?” yuna murmured under her own breath. but consider the fact that she was newer to the scene than lizzy was, she can’t just disobey her without any repercussions that paparazzi or netizens will make a fuss over. “fine, hold on!” she spoke to her through the phone, evident by her tone that she wasn’t fathoming the idea of transporting her own self to where lizzy, was just to tell her something somewhat important. “it’ll be a while though!”

Left home at a very young age to pursue her dream, she’s more mature than people her age. After years of training and finally debuting as the main vocalist of GFRIEND, she never regretted her own decision to leave. Needless to say that her parents never liked the idea of their young little girl prancing around on the stage, but their disappointed look when she disclosed such information to them made her that much more eager to pursue being an idol.
