They use Simon’s flesh to make him-burgers and because of the ocean and the Eel, he tastes like seafood and Grace is very grateful for the variation in his diet.

Simon has a taste for me-burgers and occasionally eats them raw and Rocky is very displeased by the fact that one of the animals in the enclosure has a pronounced taste for the other’s raw flesh.

Grace definitely cried when he tried the Simon-Salmon TM for the first time after too many years of the same exact food. Verity!!!

I just wanna see the exact moment Simon gives into the voices and eats the raw me-burger after a big mental debates over how human he is. Rocky walks in immediately after the first bite and, well, he doesn’t need eyes to side eye

Aaaaaah, it’s technically WIP Wednesday, have a fish

I will go into more detail in the main post, but I really wanted to make a mutated Simon design that incorporated the Eel’s extra human limbs. A lot of his spines are in the rough shape of fingers and hands, and he has an extra pair of arms. I also really liked the idea of his jaw not only splitting open but him having a secondary jaw like a moray eel. I wanted to incorporate the tree somehow, and add the Eel’s little gill tendrils, so he has a trail of anglerfish lures that drape down his back + scarring from the roots growing into him.

I like to think that when the eridians find Mutated!Simon in his submarine and bring him to Erid, they do not tell Grace that Simon has mutations... because they do not know that they are mutations.

They can't know, they know so little about humans. Besides it would be rude to ask, what if having pointy teeth it is a touchy topic? What if the mutated one is Grace thanks to his lack of pointy teeth ? They wouldn't want their saviour to feel more self-councious that he already is by been an alien, so they just assume that humans come in different shapes and forms.

Grace has longs limbs and "eyes" that can't "see" without aid, Simon has extra sharp pointy teeth in one side of his face and a limb less, it is what it is.
