my mom just dropped this information on me for the first time and was then like “bye honey have a good day at school”

Hey so minors need to stop thirsting after 18+ guys calling them “daddy” and shit (then likely proceeding with other sexual advances). It’s really dangerous in terms of being taken advantage of and will make any sensible man feel really uncomfortable. Also do NOT lie about your age. You have no idea how much trouble you can get someone in and how fucked up they will feel.

It all may seem like fun and games, and daddies are great, but follow the law and keep things LEGAL. This goes for any underage person really heavily trying to flirt with an adult. Please don’t. For everyone’s sake, keep it safe.

Storytime: I was listening to the Steve Harvey Morning Show with my mom, and the Strawberry Letter portion is our favorite part (because we love drama.) We were listening and this guy was talking about how he was dating this girl for a while and she finally told him that she was pregnant.

He was excited because he wanted to have children, so they went to the doctor’s office. After a while, the doctor and his girlfriend went out of the room to do more check ups, and he was left alone in the patient room. He saw her file and was curious because he didn’t know a lot about her, so he decided to take a peek

On the file, he found out that she was 16 years old. She had a fake license and everything, so he really was thrown for a loop. Now, he was a fully grown adult and he was hurt and terrified. He was hurt because this girl he was in love with lied about everything to him. Also, he was terrified because he had sexual relations with a minor and got her pregnant. He didn’t know what to do because he could definitely land in jail if she wanted to manipulate him.

Moral of the story: As minors, let’s not sleep with older men/women.
