The day that happens I'm running him right to the emergency room for a CAT Scan and MRI!
18.5 years late BUT urgent for us to rule out and identify any scar tissue on his brain. Where the damage occured and to what velocity to determine speed and height of "fall off 1 step" (a 6 inch step=6') Joshua really took that day?
Finding out the area of the residual scarring on his brain damage we can fine tune areas if he struggles. According to the cover-up he "hit the side of his face and ear" so without a medical report from that day if he was at the hospital like he should have if she wasn't try and cover up the crime, but we've got to assume that, if any scarring would be on the right or left ear side of his brain. Which would rule out any front or back scaring.

We know Joshua VIOLENTLY suffered physically from the hack report! The body's reaction to blunt force in that manner according to the report. Thank god Yardley Borough Chief of Police Joseph Kelly will lose his job over this! Disgrace his family name and those who served and are currently serving the community. His family not able to trust him. The inability to protect a 16 month old infant child or get him a CAT scan or MRI. Chief Joseph Kelly's reputation, pension, and career ends. The disappointment of the Yardley Borough citizens and of course, his neighbors. Police Chief Joseph Kelly of Yardley Borough Bucks County, Pennsylvania admits to me over the phone, "There is no child abuse on that paper" "a lawyer, a judge, and the District Attorney saw that paper and ruled there is no child abuse"
So first he admits his superiors knows this case and after they've been aware of my challenging those who are responsible for the cover up, then the police "arrest me"(on paper, not in person) and then charge me.
But when i get physically assaulted viewable on multiple camera angles at the police department by Officer Glock YBPD for attempting to drop off evidence Officer Wilson asked me to do less than an hour ago that Labor Day, I made a video across the street because I was too shooken up to drive after the assault. When I was able to drive I drove right to Lower Makefield police department and attempted to file a report with the police and he told me I had to make the assault complaint to the CHief. The chief refused to meet with me and I left him a voicemail requesting video from the multiple camera’s YBPD and Glocks body camera footage and audio that same day including phone calls made from the station prior to my arrival with the evidence request and my phone call back to Wilson and the voicemail I left prior to the “train station incident”
Kelly has the voicemail I left demanding the video and audio evidence and requesting to meet over the police brutality I suffered as I told Lenape Valley mental health services that Glock called on me after he assaulted me in the police department parking lot they called and then came to my home all because Officer Glock assaulted me All because the pressure Chief Kelly was receiving from those above and over him. The pressure to make this all go away fell on this very small police department who incriminated themselves in writing!
Chief Kelly was shot around the same time frame just before the “Glock incident” Kelly was “backing up a parole officer alone??” and not any of the hourly police officers??? Chief takes that call but none of the other Yardley police were on the scene first???????
The whole story sounds suspicious. Especially with my then very short time getting to know Chief Kelly and how he moves and what he says and how he says it. Also, what he doesn’t say counts as well. This is how I’ve developed this ability to read and understand the situation Joshua faces.
When the Chief of Police tells me to trust him and believe him, Calling me “Mr. Edel” as he’s pleading with me to trust him, he’s the one begging. Not me. He was begging me to trust and believe his words and the “actions” he took and who he spoke to as proof to the weight of validation he was attempting to get me to swallow, Attempting to shove his version of “the truth” down my throat and he’s both persistent and guilty trying to persuade me to swallow the shit he’s throwing!
Why was Chief Joseph Kelly trying so hard to force me to trust him?
Because of his position of authority?
He was told I’m gullible?
I will believe whatever you tell me?
He’s telling me in an official capacity?
The pressure from above and below Kelly was to much for him?
Kelly saw first hand his department falling apart over this?
Wilson, Glock, and Sgt. Golden pulled in over those in authority over them and couldn't handle me confronting them.
Which means in battle, Bucks County’s top cop and District Attorney Matthew Weinblatburgstein gave the green light to lie to me by Kelly providing Kelly cover for the case I caught just days after my physical assault by Glock. The Bucks County DA the next day I showed up and reported the physical assault by Glock. The DA’s office sent out “Katlin Dryden” who I made the report with of the abuse. I made that complaint in person at the Doylestown courthouse in the waiting room of the district attorney's office the next day. According to police report I was arrested by Yardley?? But arrested on paper, not in person….I asked her for a business card. She had none to give. I pulled out a paper from the lobby and asked her to write her name and phone number and she told me to call with any other information. I did call 2 or 3 times after that meeting but like everything County, no call back, no voicemail, no response.
I report in person the harassment and physical assault I suffered the day before to the Bucks County District Attorney's Office the very next day and they arrested me on paper for following protocol when I was assaulted by Glock then protected by Kelly who received protection from the District Attorney charging me. I caught a case! It’s on paper now!
My reputation now at stake, my livelihood, my residence, my friends all because the County is afraid to have a conversation with me and didn’t do their due diligence when I reported the child abuse when I found out by accident 4 years after my son’s near death experance!
They came right at me with a case of harassment and stalking just for trying to get my son an MRI and CAT scan YBPD Chief Kelly DID NOT do during the quazi child abuse investigation omitting any MRI OR CAT SCAN for physical evidence I DEMANDED multiple times for Kelly to do his job and get my son tested, Kelly REFUSE!
I’ve told Officer Glock, Sergeant Golden, and Chef Kelly to look for physical evidence they verbally told me they will not do by not checking for physical evidence of the child abuse covered up by Tess Sola 8-26-2003 BEFORE SHE EVER BEGAN WITH THE COUNTY!!!!
That’s what I've been trying to tell all of them! BEFORE she started with the county and they can prosecute her to the fullest extent of the law without hard feelings!

Locking me up when I was never served court papers and they know they’ve no proof of service I received them, calling for a warrant for my arrest, Telling the Cherry Hill Police Department in New Jersey my wearabouts for illegal detention for the next 15 days in jail I sat waiting extradition to Bucks County Pennsylvania.
Stretching the long arm of the law into NJ, Bucks County followed me, Called the Cherry Hill Police 3am January 19, 2022 according to the arraignment day District Attorney against me and my “charges”

I have my trial date April 28, 2022. My “Public Dummy”, I mean Defender! My Court appointed Public Defender has yet to speak to me and today is Saturday April 16, 2022 with my trial 12 days away. Seems accurate, right? Gather evidence and go through the trial the day of, while the Commonwealth has their fake ducks in a row, my Constitutional right to a fair and speedy trial is in jeopardy!

I’m on the run today because Bucks County will not leave me alone all because Diane and Allan believed a pathological liar, Tecla “Tess” Sola. But more alarming, because those in Authority didn’t do their due diligence before Tess kissed their ring!
The County refuses to take a beat and back down. Refuses to have a conversation with me ever! I’m a nice guy! I’m reasonable and fair! I’ve gone up and down the chain of command trying to speak to someone in charge of neglecting the child abuse I’ve reported for the past 15 years! That’s all!
I broke my own promise! I was NOT going to publish anything about those in power, but they are amping up their fight they started with me just 2 days ago and now the gloves come off and I’ll be typing in great detail what I refused to do from the beginning against those sworn to protect and defend all enemies both forigen and domestic! Those in office, elected, hired, in or out of uniform! The one thing I refused and promised I wasn’t going to do against them because I know the wool that Tess pulled over their eyes and the lies she told them to now find themselves NOWHERE WITH ME!
They are so frustrated! They’ve been making mistake after mistake and I remember everything and will both write and document my experience with the law. The LAW I went to for help 15 years ago and the same LAW who is failing to catch a real case against me because I won’t let them! LOL!!!

If Tess didn’t lie to a pediatrician whose job it was to report the neglect Tess conned August 16, 2003, A day which just like 911, I will never forget! She conned the County and they are now the fools at bay!
Fools because I gave them years to investigate. This is not about a single time I called Child Line to report the abuse nor an isolated incident, This was just the beginning of Tess Sola abusing our son physically and mentally!
Why didn’t she call 911 when she threw him down to silence him?? Take him to the Emergency Room?? Told me what happened I found out 4 years after by accident preparing for court before the judge she works directly for, Rubenstein! Of all the abuses against Joshua she caused him and she did and conflict of interest and a problem with the judicial system they fire the first blow in this war they created protecting a child abuser Rubenstein knows all about! Pull the court transcripts, transcripts made by their co-worker Denise in a room full of subordinates and her judge all heard the abuse to Joshua and the conflict of interest on top of the serious abuses to Joshua.
Tess could have redeemed herself that day! The LAW can redeem themselves and do their due diligence or their FUCKING JOB and investigate the very first call by me! Cooperate with the witness of the abuse and reported appropriately to the governing authorities. Had I known that very first phone call 15 years ago that Bucks County Children and Youth would never call me back or come to my home to dive into the years of abuse up to the year 2007?? And then those years that proceeded?!
See, I would have rather gotten a “FUCK YOU MR. EDEL, WE PROTECT OUR OWN AT ALL COST!” from the very beginning then this drawn our answer, 15 years in the making where i’m getting a BIG FUCK YOU MR. EDEL in the way of a criminal record just attempting to talk to my son who we could settle this in 5 minutes. But his mother’s pride is at stake, her reputation, and loyalty is now in question at this point because all I have is the truth, Tess has already abused Joshua and now her lies are coming for me! Because she can NOT tell the truth. What everyone thinks of her being an “upstanding Court Reporter and character” is from within only. Nobody ever spoke to Joshua’s side of the family about Tess. Not to me and I’ve known her for the past 21 years!!
Documented my life, Joshua’s life in great detail for this reason of the abuse and daily thought process of a bipolar Schizophrenic woman because I was raised by one. I knew after 4 years of her daily lies, mistruths, sporadic emotional outbursts, rage, memory loss, imagination that has runamuck, unjustified paranoia, constantly paranoid until she got her little hands on Joshua’s drugs, Tess became Judicially sound and received the blessing from Diane the day Diane Ellis-Marsigullas County Commissioner high ranking and elected official handed me her business card offering help if I needed with Tess or the courts while the conflict of interest started. Kind of like what I’m doing now with the county’s temper tantrum Diane was doing to me when Joshua needed help! Diane ushered in a different Tess, cocky, arrogant, meaner than before, even worse for Joshua and they never liked each other!
You can hear it in her voicemails, text, or phone calls. This I’m above the law attitude with me which should have been used to help our son. If Tess Sola NEVER worked for BUCKS COUNTY, Our son would be closer to having a normal life and onto college, not a warehouse job for Amazon. I was raising an academically prepared young adult with manners and happy childhood under the strain of a mentally challenged woman suffering from FDIA, bi-polar, and Schizophrenia working for the LAW protected by LAW, Not protecting Joshua!
First chance at medicine for Joshua and she’s used Joshua to get her ADHD medication because she can not have that on her medical records as she knows this from the beginning of her employment with Bucks County for her background check. So, she was getting meds off the street until she damaged Joshua in her own way just to get medication he didn’t need. Just like she over medicated him for the first 7 years of his life before his ADHD Medication according to his medical records. Eg. Antibiotics, OTC, and UTC out of 6 years 4 calendar years worth of medication or 1,460 days on drugs. Constantly at the doctors and she kept drugging him until I intervened. I was onto her drug game using Joshua by lying to pediatricians, psychologists, and teachers about Joshua’s actual behaviors or behaviors incited by her inability to parent a child and a woman with no desire to protect her son. A woman with no motherly instincts. A woman our son needed protection from! Case in point!
She had a choice that day to call 911 and she refused. I didn’t make that choice nor was I ever made aware of such a near death experience Joshua suffered, but what about when Matthew and I found out the lie! We cried!
Matt and I were devastated by the news in the medical reports she hid from me wanting to help her because she constantly asked me for help as she did the pediatricians, psychologists, and teachers she needed the help she refused to give up she illegally obtained in 2003. Asking for help she would do, but then ignoring the help and advice from everyone his whole life! It didn’t make sense to me either but I watched it in real time and wrote about the daily issues Tess had with Joshua but refused to give up a single hour with him like it meant to me she took advantage of with malicious intentions behind every decision she made on a whim. A sailboat with many holes or whack-a-mole! Everyday something new your head would spin, I wrote it down to stay sane for Joshua. Watching in real time and writing in real time was a challenge I took on to sharpen my ability to recall and account of every interaction with Tess which were sharp as iron as the Commonwealth made their entrance to the shit show Tess Sola has us all in! I’ve gotten special powers out of all this! I can write and know exactly the timeframe backwards and forwards or pause it to make a commentary of the situation at hand!
Why did they call in a 4 legged officer of the law and point it at me?
If they were doing practice exiting maneuvers and training with the 4 legged officer and plain clothes undercover officer, Sgt Golden and the unknown, unidentified man in the picture, with the Officer on a leash? Why didn’t the SGT inform me upon exiting the building?
Sgt Golden, upon putting on a show exiting the building to speak to me NEVER identified the 2 backup.
Sgt. Golden required backup while speaking to me when I’ve never met Golden in person before this day?
Because for some reason I was a threat!
The 2 unidentified officers were pointed in my 9 O’clock for 5 minutes giving Golden or the other officer accompanied Golden out of the building time to identify themselves before I drew attention to the fact I had a 4 legged gun pointed directly at me!
This was the video leading up to the 3 person response to try and resolve whatever issues the police had against me when I've never met any of them and for some reason, they treated me like a threat when I've never met them!
My first interaction with Golden that day in June. Not even over the phone and he’s the one who threw fake charges just the year before that got dropped the day before by Yardley Borough Police for lack of evidence.
Making me wait for 45 minutes when the only current police I’ve met on April 11, 2021 Was Cheif Kelly who never identified himself to me attempting to file child abuse charges I was pawned off onto officer Glock. Not Kelly and Glock, Child abuse against a Court Reporter was not important enough for Kelly to bear witness!
I’ve never met Cheif Kelly until April 11. I’ve not had any interaction with anybody from YBPD until April 11. When Golden gave me a case the year before, he never spoke to me, just filed charges because I asked Josh to meet up via text message and I got charges filed by Golden for harassment. I’m telling you all this because the interaction that begin that April, The Cheif and under knew something about me. Things that are untrue. I was prejudged! I was being sent a message to go away! We don’t want to hear it and if you keep coming at us were going to end you and that is what’s happened since that day!
Never took the position of taking anything I say seriously. They’re fighting someone else's fight. Diane Ellis-Marsigulis fight!
She’s the top dog! County Commissioner and she’s got everything to lose!! So they’ve been coming after me since 2007 and I can prove the conflict of interest that has put my son in danger his whole life by Tess Sola.
See, They didn’t have to investigate only because they choose not to from the beginning and the conflict of interest from the very beginning. It wasn’t hard to notice because it was blaintaint and in my face and that is why it was so easy to read the outcome early on so I pased myself on the way I handled the child abuse the County covered up from the beginning!

If Bucks County wanted to error on the side of investigating the claim I have in writing to provide them was the first of physical and emotional abuse Joshua was suffering in real time according to all of Joshua’s school and psychological records and will co-inside with my calls for help of the County I reside for the life of my son!
I’m a Bucks County resident, My son has been and is currently being abused by his mother for which an intervention by the County is needed and the appropriate way to handle the situation according to LAW. That’s what they ask us to do right? Don’t take matters into your own hands and let us do the work? I went to the county as directed. As required. As suspected. Without malice.

All the reports from the daycares, elementary school, before and after school care, camps, and pediatricians group and psychologists(CHOP, Foundations, Whycoff), Occupational therapist, teachers, and nobody lifts a finger to help me, help him! I’ve begged the County even the willingness to provide them actual documentation to back up Joshua’s abuse and they did NOTHING! Not a phone call back, no follow up, just me giving them ammunition against me which does NOT help Joshua’s cause and abuse by her!

Calls to the PA Child abuse hotline. Your call is recorded. The conversation is recorded. Your intake call by the call screener is taking information and filling out an intake form. You’re caller Id information populates for the form to be submitted to the County.
There was 1 call I made that a supervisor was on the phone call as well asking questions about Tess and not Joshua. The State funded Child Abuse TIP REPORT LINE NEVER followed up either. All these reports and the details I gave them, were not about my son’s abuse. They would turn the line of questioning to Tess and away from Joshua. Just like Glock asking me if I’ve got mental issues the first time I met him throwing me out reporting child abuse April 11, 2021 and I never met that officer before that day. I knew nothing about him or the force and he appeared to be given fake news against me, from somebody above Kelly to hear Officer Glock insult me, prohibited from finishing the same child abuse I’ve been telling the state for the past 15 years I finally arrived at the local police station to report the Child abuse ignored for the past 19 years of Joshua’s life! I get kicked out of the station without finishing, On purpose, intentionally, rudely, insultingly, but Glock came after me verbally that day based upon Tess’s imagination of the man she created in her head!
Glock was speaking to a version of me invented by Tess. Glock was not speaking to the father who’s son Joshua Vincent Edel, A citizen of these here United States of America! An infant child was abused both mentally and physically by TECLA SOLA Court Reporter for Judge Alan Rubenstein gets a “Get out of jail” FREE Card working for the FEDERAL GOVERNMENT and the access they have….
Joshua is not cared for nor removed from her home and she steals Joshua from me at the same time.
I’ve spoken to plenty of officers before Glock, Kelly, Wilson, and Golden. The amount of times I’ve called the police on Tess and They’ve never done a thing????

None of the 5 came with repercussions to Tess. I go to the Police, they take my information I provide them, They write it down, They provide me a copy of the report I make. Nobody calls me to follow up. Just like the Child tipline, Nothing!
I did NOT take matters into my own hands. I NEVER RAISED A HAND OR THREAT EVEN WHEN I FOUND OUT SINCE 2003!
I went about all the issues the legal way. The experience is the equivalent of a 5 year old telling on mommy to your daddy. That is what I experienced. That same outcome every turn and written about this experience because it was important for Joshua when the writing began in 2007, before we lost Matthew.
Writing ended up being my saving grace. I’ve kept my sanity writing for the past 15 years. To document the path back to the Constitution!
That’s why I’m ready for the Supreme Court and United Nations to bring this before them on Joshua’s behalf. For all the abused children in the United States who are abused and not investigated!
US standards, practices, and policy’s need to be addressed immediately and the report to the UN to introduce “Josh’s Law” I penned years ago.

Bucks County has a child abuser that works for them! They know it!
They have the proof and so do I!
The difference, I’m fighting for them to see the evidence and they are burring me with false charges, procedures, and standards on my behalf and they think I need mental evaluation? I’ve got this all written down for facts and time stamp, videos and recordings of the incidents with the original word document that began in 2007 on a hard drive in a safe. The only time my key was not on my possession was the week with the front wheel bearings and Ray from Apex Chris made the introduction. No key and no car for a week. Was there a warrant I wasn’t aware of and they made entry into my safe box in Atlanta? If they had my key and a warrant or no key, they could drill out the box, but if they had the key and warrant, I would never know they were there because the Government probably signs the book for the safe deposit boxes at the PNC Bank in Atlanta!
It’s like waiting for your friends and family to tell you the secret they cant tell me, but you know they are busting wanting to tell me but they can’t. I can read body language, speech, tone, and emotion when I speak to my friends and family. I feel a vibe. I’m in tune to my surroundings. Light, wind, sun, and time of day. I’m in tune with conversation both verbal and non verbal.
See, I was without the intervention of the YBPD before they “entered the scene” August 2020 charging me with harassment for wanting to see my son.

Joshua was wronged and it's our job to be honest and tell Joshua the truth together so he can remain friends with her but she's chosen to invent lies about me that the LAW got from her and didn't do due diligence by following orders from above blindly. Because of this exchange for my son’s mental health, Harassment charges were filed against me and Sgt Golden never had a conversation with me till June 2021.
The first “hearing” was postponed for 3 months because of not enough evidence, but a charge on my record. It became about putting a notch on my perfect record then evidence and actual facts.
Writing was my saving grace. My proof of Joshua’s abuse is on trial.
What other venue do they want to resolve the crimes against Joshua?

Was Joshua’s abuse finally going to be handled appropriately?
Bucks County’s answer is NO!
Absolutely NOT! Reputations are on the line and jobs at stake! The County is in jeopardy of this scandal coming to light and Diane Ellis-Marsugulas will step down then admit to protecting Tess Sola, the official court reporter to Judge Alan Rubenstein abused Joshua Vincent Edel and we did take the side of Ms. Sola without doing due diligence and Joshua is the one who suffers today and that is why I’m stepping down, To work with the Matthew James Renner Foundation as a board member raising awareness to FDIA and the legal and emotional affets to children across this country. Bringing awareness of how wide spread epidemic in this country Mr. Edel appointed me personally because I know the ins and out and Mr. Edel has both personal experience, but the legal holes in the system in place to make a difference in all the Joshua’s of this great Commonwealth and across this great country! FDIA is an epidemic that with the exception of the Gypsy Rose story, This is a high profile case involving a crime against a 16 month old and the neglect that followed.
We’ve identified the holes in the system thanks to Mr. Edel’s tenacity and miraculous ability to keep calm. Not taking it out on Tess Sola who is identified as schophrantic, bipolar, and suffers from FDIA if not worse than Gypsy Rose. But treating the staff of the county and state with such respect to the uniform, because Mr. Edel knew we were lied to a little late finding this out and he spoke with such respect and even toned to all of us who are responsible for the neglect of Joshua.
The entire Bucks County system Mr. Edel approached over the years in the most respectful way. Mr. Edel’s demeanor towards us is what kept us thinking we were fooling him, but it is his personality is what’s kept him from going ballistic which is against Mr. Edel’s track record, only when unprovoked.
This modern day Eran Brockavitch has made Bucks County the first County introducing Legislation to the Pennsylvania Supreme Court by introducing Joshua's Law for signing and commencement.
The lies have to be exposed to help all children caught like Joshua’s situation but it’s what we’re doing now and going forward Mr. Edel’s assistance identifying the issues makes us accountable and transparent on how child abuse cases are handled. Nobody is above the law. We all are held accountable for our actions and we are working together as a team, on the same side, to help children of abuse!
Mark Edel holds the men and women who serve our country back in high regard thanks to this letter!
I feel bad for Chief Kelly, Sgt. Golden, Officer Glock and Wilson. The pressure they were all in was overwhelming to be in the presence of first off!
But they said what they said because they were forced to and not from personal experience. Being insulted by the very frist run in with Glock and that is their first move? Take out a rook, Officer Glock on their first move against me? That’s why Chief Kelly wasn’t present. Accountability and proof making his vanishing act.
Like I said, Kelly “knew me” and I didn’t know him. Kelly sent in Glock to get rid of me as he did within 5 minutes.
They sent out the Glock. My ability to take a beating and keep my composure while Glock is sitting there insulting me over and over April 11, 2021!
They sent out an inexperienced DOG, a pawn, if you will to take me out. I STOP him. Allow him to vent all he thinks he has against me that random morning that random Month that random Day that random year and Glock tells me their case against me. He spills it like a little kid on christmas morning blurts out what the county is planning against me and I can’t finish making a child abuse report to a police officer in the same town as the abuse occured, in the same Commonwealth as the abuse and Glock looses his cool then kicks me out!
This man is in my report to the judge over my case in the form of an affidavit by ANOTHER officer not to self incriminate Officer Glock having Wilson making the Affidavit removes Glock’s own affidavit considering I’ve never met Officer Wilson, Don’t you think Glock having 2 run ins hostile both occasions didn’t “Arrest me”?
I spoke to Wilson 1 time on the phone and never in person. The man’s name on a legal document not telling the full story! Like omitting the voicemail i left after taking his call. Wilson didn’t enter the VM I left that gave me cover for the “stalking” charge they are willing to drop, Convenient!
Conveniently offered to be dropped by the Public Defender’s intake questionnaire aide. Or to settle on a lesser charge for the Harrasment, I mean plead to it and I said Fuck No and I offered the PD to make a counter offer for me. Drop the charges and clear my record. I made that same offer to Diane, Marge McQuin head of BCCY, Joe Kelly and DA Matthew Weinkobob. Not a phone call back, Not surprised. Comes with the territory and their agenda.

The oath they take means something to me. It’s a sacred oath we the people by the people means everything to me and when I’m watching in real time the LAW breaking itself, I learned to read in real time because of Tess Sola, but bring it bitches! He still knows and loves me because I taught him well! She may have removed me and told me she was going to before she does it and I prepare Joshua to be strong which takes lots of love and time. Love we had that, but time was of the essence back in 2013 when she stole Joshua from me but making a threat to me via voicemail on my birthday telling me exactly how she is going to fool Bucks County!
Happy Birthday to me! This was the evidence I have of the placebo she planted in Joshua's Focalin ADHD Medication. Then I cut off Christopher Szary because of the sea salt in Joshua's medication that morning and i went to the school nurse that morning for a capsule she didn't know about and he was given his medication as prescribed by his pediatrician. A woman so ruthless she switches his Focalin for sea salt then accuses me of not giving Joshua his medication which I got from the school nurse blows the ENTIRE MESSAGE and it's irrelevant to anything but the truth. I called the police about this voicemail and a copy of the police report I made and nothing was done with the threats and intimidation from this voicemail!
A court officer makes a threat to a civilian over voicemail, I inform the authorities and they do nothing. Even before an upcoming court date she admits to the threats and intimidation to back down or suffer the consequences she made by herself, a court officer, Literally incriminating herself on tape and the police doing nothing! But the police doing nothing is just as loud to someone who listens is spiritual, essentially, it’s the same consistency as the County has treated Joshua from the beginning. This was 2013, the same year Joshua was stolen from me and Kidnapped against both Joshua and my will!
Trampled on! Joshua’s rights! My right!
Nobody is on Joshua’s side any longer! That is what I cried about that day in September 2013. Joshua has no advocate. Nobody is fighting for him! Nobody listened to him like I did! Understand him. And most importantly, love him just as he is, The way God made him!
The bond between Joshua and I can not be broken as much as Tess has been trying to do ever since Joshua could first speak his love for his father Tess was growing sick of Joshua talking about me all the time because Joshua and I had a real relationship since he was born. Nothing new to us. We have a bond nobody can seaver! We could talk about anything! He would ask me anything and like asking Google, If I didn’t know the answer, both him and I would find out together and that was our thing! Speaking and conversation!
