asexual representation if you think about it

I’m a big fan of the xmen and I don’t know if this has been said before but Rogue and Gambit are to me an asexual person in a relationship kinda. Rogue representing the asexual person and Gambit just being down bad and happy to be there since Rogue (for a long time) couldn’t touch people whether she wanted to or not. Now the comics change that all the time but for the tv show at least, this is still true and it was a big theme in season one between them (I’m ignoring magneto). So it makes me feel a little better about myself I guess. I am a bit more hopeful. Happy pride month everyone :)

project hail mary means more to me than i can express. i cant tell people that a character i see myself in, being headcanoned as aroace is very personal to me. i cant tell them that Grace who didnt feel like he fit in, found a family in Rocky and he CHOSE to go back and save him is important to me
