What I've learned so far is that you don't need any plan or anything to grow or to get out of a bad mental state
You need two things: be honest with yourself (know the reason you got mad/sad/offended without any justification: your self is your biggest supporter)
Make the best desicions u can make at the moment (get away from your phone, if not change to an app that's better than the one u were before, decide not to scream to your sibling, stuff like that)
And lastly, if you think you have many issues, find one and try to fix that one
You don't have to know everything, just one issue you wanna better, for example setting boundaries or focusing on what u wanna do at the moment, anytjing
Also if u want any advice, i could help you! Believe me, i have MUCH shit that i can get experience from
Aaaaand that's all! There's always hope. Even for the most broken of us.
