I know this is disappointing if you really sincerely believe in one party but they’re unlikely to win, but trust me, strategic voting really worked to get rid of the Conservatives in Canada even if it was holding your nose and voting for what you perceived as a less optimal or non-optimal choice.

Hypermobility hasn’t caused me any actual problems *except* in circus training, of all places. You’d think that’s where it would be most useful, but no! Sure, it helped a bit for contortionism, but only for weird stuff - I’ve never been able to do the splits.
