I was dreaming of a Fight Club! version of Dictatorer so Wolf could finally get her man. Thing is: I'm quite disappointed with how it turned out. Yet I can't probe why, exactly.
But I LOVE his glasses and I think I'll keep them like...forever. It's my headcanon now: Dic(k)tatorer has glasses. Just like Wolfie.
They're pink for the swagger. But the color change depending the lights around him. He's here to aura farm on main, so they also glow in the dark. Bad seinen energy this guy.
For the uniform, I took a bit of inspo from different military outfits. This man thinks he's a warrior while he never fought any war lol.
