I watched the movie The Idea of You. The writers have not done a good job. A 40 year old mother jilted by ex-husband, sleeps with a 24 yr old pop star. That happens if u are Anne Hathaway I guess. Travels all over Europe with him. Dumps him bcoz his friend is mean. Goes back to him. Again dumps him due to media shitstorm. Said pop star waits for her for 5 years after being dumped twice

How did those 5 yrs help. Daughter is still a college student, the guy is still 15 years younger.

Not once did we see said pop star having any emotional reaction to these dumpings.

I watched the movie bcoz of the hype and the kind of promotion it's been getting but it's seriously not worth it.
