So I'm just gonna say this and really it doesnt matter if you think I'm crazy, just give me a break :,V

I know Jensen could have made a mistake, a slip, I know, but it's too much coincidence that the exact year that comes out of the confusion is the year that they went to live together, so maybe Jensen wasnt talking about the time he met Jared, maybe Jensen was counting from another important date for him, like the moment from when they made their relationship more formal, perhaps? Moving in together is a big step for a couple, definitely.

Obviously Jared’s whole ‘I don’t kiss Jensen…in public’ statement from wayyyy back when has become one of those super widespread and lighthearted-cutesy little moments that literally all of us J2-folk love to reference in our tinhatty posts (I’ve probably thrown it into a solid dozen of my own, if not more).

BUT…

You know what I was just pondering?

Is it not at least a tiny bit unusual that when asked about whether or not it was kinda weird to work with Sandy (Jared’s GF, beard, at the time) when they shared a real-life romantic (fauxmantic…*AHEM*) relationship, Jared proceeded to then compare that example to working with Jensen??

Like, ‘well, it’s pretty much par for the course as an actor…you know, and I mean I work every single day with Jensen-’

(except he called Jensen ‘Jen,’ 😊🥰 which I always adore so very very much)

His actual words for that lil snippet were: “I’m obviously very close to Jen, too.”

Lol and then he immediately caught himself and evidently decided to go with the ‘I meant - *insert other thing* (platonic best buddyhood, in this case) explanation combined with the ‘outright stating actual reality but in a playful/joking manner approach:

“But…I don’t kiss Jensen…”
