i think a lot of young people who claim to have adhd actually just have internet brain mush from never exercising their Willpower or discipline or focus brain muscles (you really have to practice this kind or stuff) and having been on the computer since age 0 because if you look closely you see there's an H in ADHD and it stands for hyperactive and if ur in the crib all day not moving off the couch because ur low energy well no offense but i get the feeling you're not hyperactive. which is part of the whole thing. the active part
