Its a weird day, blood test tomorrow which probably doesn’t help my anxiety. I’ve been enjoying playing ffxiv with a group of people im now calling friends. But they often take the fun out of the game for me, I quite like to take my time, do things at my own pace. I’m not the best at making money and i can’t speed level a class in a day. And the they joke and say things. i know they mean no harm but doesn’t change what they say. They act like i don’t put enough effort into the game despite the fact its literally all i do. My eating habits change because of course eating whilst on vc is a terrible crime and if i go to just make some toast im wasting time.

If i voice my concerns they remind me i’m sensitive, too sensitive. that i’m demonising them in a sense. I get chided for leaving the chat because i know if i stay im going to get more upset and yet when ive calmed and returned they act like it was silly for me to leave.

I do enjoy playing with them, I really do. JUst sometimes its abit much and no matter how hard i try i’m not good enough. But i also know they aren’t actually caring how good i am, heck i could disappear for a few days and it’d only be me who suffers.

With this game i have to take the bad with the good, on good days i can have an enjoyable time with them all in chat and stuff but I also am the one thinkng carefully of what not to say. I don’t need them ranting at me or complaining because i opened a can of coke....

I put my time into the game and yet they make me feel like a noob, a scrub, someone whos not a team player.
