I sometimes wish I would die and just leave all these earthly problems. Not suicide but just die, just for God to take away this misery I'm causing myself and other people. Weird?

Me, Keyboard Warrior
I was called a keyboard warrior today.
This was of course due to my rantings on the petrol price hike today which almost everyone else in the land is ranting about too.
I firstly had put blame on those who supported Barisan Nasional in the last elections because its all like clockwork and as predicted. Win the elections, fuel goes up.
My second argument was, that most rich people (ie. people of high places, like ministers and CEOs) don't actually pay for petrol. They either have someone else pump the petrol for them or they claim it as part of a mileage perk. The poor people on the other hand, will get cash handouts in the form of the infamous BR1M although its not actually a monthly thing, so I don't see what the joy is all about. So its the middle class people like yours truly, who have to pay high taxes, pay for our own petrol and at the same time try to make a living and raise children, who are most effected by these price hikes.
But I digressed.
Fine, its just a 10% increase and maybe (or maybe not) prices of other stuff will probably be raised by 10% too. So for some, its not that hard a pinch.
But compensate it with something for God's sake!
I'd be happy if the public transportation was more comfortable and clean, and had better reach to all corners of the cities and suburbs. For example, my residential area has no feeder buses to larger stations (bus or lrt) and getting a cab is a nightmare. The upcoming MRT service, there's not a station nearby where I'm staying and I can only hope, some kind of feeder bus infrastructure will start to send me to the nearest MRT station or hub.
Lower our taxes too, and with the impending decision to implement GST, this really has to happen. A friend was talking about it yesterday and mentioned that they should also raise the cap of annual income that needs to be taxed, which I think is a good idea. And what has the GST have in store for the poor? Definitely more problems
So back to the point of the accusation I was posed to. Does a ranting citizen really need to be into politics and fight for the people every time he passes a comment towards the ruling government? Is it wrong to be a keyboard warrior because you know about all the shit that it takes to be a politician? All the money involved?
So I think its a bit low to pose such an accusation as its akin to ranting about football frustrations and then being asked to go play or go be a manager
Dafuq right?
this photograph intrigues me so much! why isn’t this the most famous photo from 9/11 instead of the falling man? isn’t 2 people holding hands after jumping more significant than 1 man? it makes me wonder what the story is behind this photo, were they friends or lovers? or just strangers who were too scared to jump alone? it shows that people need a helping hand even in their final moments, i love it.
Fucking reblog today; tomorrow. Any day I see it on my dash. Beautiful. I for one think they were strangers. Sometimes it’s easier to care for a stranger, how else would they have found the courage to not only jump, but to look into someone’s eyes and jump. I don’t think I could have done that if I knew the person well.
that’s a powerful photo
wow never saw this photo before, deep
“In the winter of 2011, photographer and furniture designer Ana Kraš flew from her home in Belgrade, Serbia, to Los Angeles, where she’d been sent by a European magazine to photograph artist-musician Devendra Banhart. Within five minutes, he asked her to marry him. Despite her initial impulse to flee, she stayed—and the two have been together ever since.”
that's some pretty deep shit...
