Over 11th to 19th March 2019; I spent my time in a small central village of Kerala for a 7 Day Ayurveda Treatment.
My take aways from the days spent contemplating are as follows -
Life is cold and life is kind and that life will go on with all the work, love, struggle, sufferings, hardships, heartbreaks, humility, humbleness. All that one can do is accumulate positive Karma in the process.
Health is important and above that the mind is the nucleus of this body.
Dicipline is something and that we all must have in some form.
There is a certain degree of madness in this Ayurveda and this madness make sense in the days ahead.
The mind should strive to achieve a state of nothingness.
That, for me, there are greater epic tales than the Mahabharta and the Ramayana.
One should see things as they really are and should practice this form of meditation atleast once a week or in some manner you deem fit. Some call them Vipassana while Jains call them Samyag Darshan and Nirjara.
A lot of Love is good and sometimes its damaging. But it is intrinsic. Love ; a lot !!
A view from my room in the Ayurveda Hospital. This Hospital has family knowledge passed down generations across centuries.
The theatre. There are many such pachkarma theatres in this centre and it is in such theaters that man are cured overtime.
Days when i was alone and filled with love. I went to a couple of beaches and spend a lot of time seeking something for the soul. Beaches : Pallana, Thrikkunnapuzha, Valiazheekal, Parayakkadavu.
The backwaters of Alleppey.
I wish i could pour more about this trip, but lack of words limits the ability. I am terrible in this. Much love to all those who are reading this.
