I have been having such little motivation for the past few days. I literally wasted two days, did nothing and then cried because I procrastinated. This is like a cycle now. After every two- three weeks there are those few days where I sit with my books, just stare at them and question why did I think I could do this?🙍🙍 This time I thought I would allow myself to feel and not sit with my books when I did not feel like studying (because that just made me more sad). I also decided that I might not be feeling like studying but I would at least complete one small task everyday so that when I feel better and get back to my studies, there wouldn’t be a pile up of work and I wouldn’t feel out of order. 🧖👩💻 I guess sometimes you do have to change your attitude and the way you look at your problems to change the outcome. Trust me it’s always there in your mind, you know whether you need to take actions or make some important change. All we need is to take that first step which I know is the hardest but start slow, start small. All of the small steps matter.
