"Surely there are reasons for the Homunculi all being like that" No. But there are some actual animal species/behaviours that are similar if they were all combined into some sort of horrid slurry.
This is fanart of @jelloapocalypse's Dangaronpa 2 playthru.
(Additional Fun Facts cause I didn't wish for even more words on the sheet:
Brood Parasitism starts from before the animal is born, as birds hide eggs in nests of other birds. We don't know why birds do this. I believe the two most common theories is so they can gain additional resources form their young or "the mafia theory" where birds will attack hosts eggs if their own hidden egg is destroyed/not looked after.
I think all unicellular creatures aren't considered animals or plants? They are in this weird inbetween state of evolution and are all tiny. Some of the largest ones are 4 centimetres/1.5 inches wide. They can also be water soluble.
An "individual" in a colonial organism is called a zooid. All of the examples of these live under the sea. Coral is also an example of this. )
This week's lesson - Glitter wants to spread everywhere and does not care for you not wanting that
Watercolour is fun to play with and so far fun to fail at, I hope this continues
Good News - Bookbinding is fun despite once again facing not being good at the new skill.
Bad News - Doing text formatting changes to suit my own preferences, like adding in the various dingbat symbols for perspective change/making the colours each their own colour meant no art and the formatting is very likely much worse.
Good News - More incentive to try and afford a proper physical copy one day.
Will this be accurate? No

If I had a nickel every time I joined a fandom crafting project, embroidered a line from an intense monologue from AMC's The Terror (2018), and prominently featured a blood spatter as my primary motiff...

I had a lot of fun with this one. It's a little chaotic, but I definitely want to try this kind of beadwork in the future!
