Im tired life is making me want to end it

Last january 1 I applied work abroad as a domestic helper in qatar , January 8 is my medical for hepatitis b and xray but suddenly i am reactive for hepatitis b 🥺😭 the world is so cruel to me i just want to have work and live but why i dont have rigths to love 😭

I dont know if theres someone who is willing to help me but i accept and appreciate any amount 🥹 its jist life is so hard for me rigth now i know we all have different kind of struggles but i dont know how to solve mine
