I'm feeling very stardew valley lately so im gonna give each muse their designated character :)
Hamphrey totally aligns with Willy, i mean, a fisherman on his own who sometimes leaves shore and has lots of similarities in his lifestyle but at the same time he is the calm sea, the affable fisherman who welcomes newcomers to the town and teaches them how to fish? A man of few words? Willy would be such a great addition to Hamphrey in an Epi and Blas way.
Jefa would not miss out the opportunity with Abigail, the goth girl who eats rocks and constantly flips off her parents, even if that means Jefa has to pretend she's totally cool with late night adventures in a cementery where it's said monsters could appear any moment. She is totally cool about it and very very brave, completely unphased and absolutely not wanting to punch the air just in case something comes at them.
Now, Rodney with Elliott. This is actually what came to my mind first. A devoted romantic poet and rich writer who decides to go on his own to a cabine at the beach and keeps crabs in his pockets? Not missing any opportunity to flirt with anything that moves? Rodney would NOT think the 10 heart event is creepy, he eats that shit up.
Now with Pepe, I believe he goes to people who are just *nice* so nice, and Penny is exactly that. Pretty girl who laughs at something he said? That's it, he's done. He will try to win her heart through helping her with the kids, only that the kids see through his bullshit and WILL mess with him on purpose- I mean, Jas is way smarter than him too.
I decided to add him with Harvey because :) pilots and planes!!!! two people who can't fullfill their very specific dream oh wow
