You may not be able to have the same body that you did before you got pregnant... But you can build a better one. There is nothing like carrying and giving birth to a baby, to make you realise your mental and physical toughness. Even when the baby is here, your strength is at its peak! you're running on empty yet you still manage to give everything and more to that little human you just made. If you are dealing with a newborn after the the utter trauma or childbirth you are already a warrior. Your body might not show it on the outside or feel it on the inside, but mentally you are already stronger and more capable than you have ever been before. The words "you've just had a baby". Often come (and so they should) in the context of take it easy you are recovering. But don't mistake those words as a statement of weakness. YOUVE JUST HAD A BABY!!! It's a statement of your undeniable strength, patience, resolve, guts, stamina and bravery. You've just proved to yourself what you can do. So don't stop now. Rest, recover, be in love with your new baby - but don't forget to be IN LOVE with YOURSELF TOO! You have never deserved you own respect more than now. That body that made your baby and then completely annihilated itself to bring the baby in to the world, deserves the love and attention it needs to recover and then come back healthier, stronger and better than ever. #youareamazing In this pic: 9months pregnant ✖️4 months after baby ✖️15 months later using @kaylaitsines BBG #transformationtuesday #pregnant #fitmum #postpartum #postbabybody #mums #toughmother #fitnesstransformation #fitpregnancy
