Head over to my youtube (search TRUBDR) ...just posted a cover I’ve been in love with for a hot minute... @anderson._paak and his project with the incredible producer @knxwledge —-@nxworries @nxwxrries .... their song #suede which I originally found as many have on his @nprmusic @tinydesk set with the @freenationals (definitely worth checking out both) .... . . . ...and yeah full disclosure I had to dull the song down a bit as there are a few #lyrics that I don’t feel right saying and wouldn’t be socially acceptable so this would be the “whiter version” of the song ... and I did that cause i believe that great music and stories need to be shared and #traditioned by other singers and artists.... regardless if you dig certain music the song book of our generation is important to the continued conversations of humanity, and while the Internet can shut down, our collective memory is a pretty full proof system that can recall truths and falsity from thousands of years ago, even millions and billions up until today and if you don’t think that’s possible go make a playlist of all the songs you know by heart and recognize the power of your own memory (toss out the adhd meds to while you’re at it) . . . the internet don’t forget and neither does humanity especially if history and perspective are written in song ... in-fact the entire Torah or Jewish Bible was not written down for years it was passed from one generation to the next via song ....... as far as I can see we (humans) are a pretty epic harddrive ...I’m sure there are plenty out there that can and would happily argue with that statement... but check the #song first, hit subscribe, sharing is caring ... I’ve been super fortunate to meet some amazing people along the way ... but one of the best most giving true lover of music and dear friend @euphonixx ... well her name is Eden and she is person behind that. She’s seen me eat some real shit back in the day and has continued to be a GREAT friend and supporter from near and far. A friend the other day asked me for the most basic, best guitar lesson ever ... I said to her “ok, are you ready?” She replied “yes” ... to which I replied “ #LISTEN ”.... also the most basic and most important lesson in life if you ask me... but if your looking to play an instrument learn this and you can learn to do or about anything. . . . But let’s dive a bit deeper .. listen to what? Or who ? .... my answer “listen to everyone, everything, and more then listen #OBSERVE ... with all ur senses down to your feet up through your head and everything around the space which they take up. Listen to yourself, listen to the note ... listen to you friends and your foes, listen to the left and the right, listen to the news and the conspiracy theorists, listen to rich and listen to the poor ... and at a certain point you will have something to say ... a story to tell ... maybe even a few if you lucky ... and then listen to the music or watch the movie in your head that is the backing track or the visual to that story and let it supply the creative corner stones of that message.... start there then listen to it back and observe what’s missing, try to put somthing there, but observe if it fits the story or not, and if it does keep it if it doesn’t don’t, listen to others as well but if the call is yours to make finish by listening to your gut. . . .one of my greatest mentors Giorgio Gomelsky would always say “an artists job is to tell the truth” when we observe, when we truly listen to everything we are listening to truth, we are removing our biases and telling the story from a Birdseye view as opposed to from any which side... so please when you listen do it first to observe, to learn, to gather ... not to react but because your job is to tell the truth the whole story with all the sides and based on the evidence and emotions it provoked in you and the world around you.... and then paint us a picture, write us a song, make us a movie, write us a book, build us an app or cook us a dinner.... and if you wanna keep doing that for us, then listen to our criticism and observe our reactions and adjust accordingly... that is the Jazz. #TRUBDR . . .📸 @lashanebiera (at New York, New York) https://www.instagram.com/p/CKL1mx6A_fb/?igshid=19q34e8uhmphp

They said “come do behind the scenes photography ” ....next thing I know I’m dressed as a pope carrying a man covered in flowers baptizing people into his cult ... which is kinda like our government and their “two weeks” bullshit .... except this cult is all about love and music... which is cool I guess... oh and it’s not real it was just a music video and unlike our government and their left and right cults you can join for more confusion...
