sterek headcanon: on the surface it seems like Derek is calling the shots and Stiles is a helpless idiot. But really Derek is the helpless idiot who's terrible at emotions and tons of trauma while Stiles is calling all the shots and is incredibly smart. It's just he has adhd and is the only human among werewolves. The only one with any real common sense 90% of the time. But still human.
