Do you ever just feel super alone, even when you have friends? I moved in with my partner about five months ago and recently I just couldn’t stop thinking of death. All I ever do is think about what would happen if I died, how I shouldn’t feel this way. I’m in a good place, I’m not being hurt anymore, I have everything I need and more. I have toys, a safe space, friends, someone to hold me and want me, yet I still feel like fucking killing myself. I take my meds and I try to distract myself but my thoughts just keep getting worse.

For context on this next part, I’m adopted and never got to meet my real mom. My adoptive family was abusive, they hid all the letters and stuff from me of my mom in this big notebook and I got sent it yesterday. I have been reading it and have been crying a lot. She wasn’t evil, she wasn’t bad, she wanted her sweet Angel to be in a good place. My mom never knew the real treatment I was in. I miss my innocence, yet I age regress almost constantly as of recent. I feel like I’m missing something but I don’t know what. I’m safe, so why am I so suicidal?

I feel like I’m not enough even though I’m told I am. I really just want my mom. I miss my mommy a lot and I hope she’s resting in heaven somewhere if there is one.
