i need some help.
badly.
I've put a load of weight on over summer from going out with friends/holliday/not really watching what i eat cause i haven't got time with everything else i have to fucking do.
but i don't want to do what i've done before to lose weight.
it's not so much about losing weight (who am i kidding?), it's more that i feel really unattractive and just ... fatty.
i want my boyfriend to look at me and go 'woah' ... but i don't think that's possible currently "/
idk guys ...
help?

I've done okay today :)
I've done around an hours exercise :)
And ive eaten with in my goal calories :D
Think i may change my goal calories a little higher and instead of what i'm doing currently maybe trying something a little different ...

I was wondering if I could ask you guys questions? Cause I always have questions ... So can anyone give me some ideas for good, healthy, small, simply and ... 'diety' lunches? And if you know any like snack things if I'm starving?
Gym.
I went to the gym and did:
15 mins on the running machine - 4 running,1 walking x3
10 mins on the cross trainer
10 mins on the bike
50 sit ups, holding each for 5 secs.
Happy with this ... just need to keep it up now i guess.

I took a brake from Addictive-Behaviour.
This was mainly due to the fact that my boyfriend had gotten me to eat 'normally' and behave 'normally' when it came to food and my self image.
To the point where i was comfortable around him, and to eat food ...
But then i became comfortable eating loads and loads and loads of food -.-
I've bought a dress - worth £135, which is a lot for me ... and i'm too fat for that dress now.
I am GOING to wear that on July the 5th (my boyfriends birthday), but i need a flat stomach and a bigger thigh gap to do it.
So hello, and welcome to everything i do for the next couple of weeks, feel free to work with me or talk to me, ask for advice, i'm here.

I feel like I were single I would have lost more weight by now. I'm entirely dissatisfied with my body but, like, knowing that the man I love actually likes it and doesn't care if I gain just gives me another reason to keep binging.
Just a thought.
