Is anyone else a little bit concerned about how people on tiktok have started calling women birds? Its apparently meant to mean that they're "stupid male-centred women" but as someone who lives in the UK and heard women called that often, that is NOT what it means.

I just find it baffling how easy it is for such a reductive term to start being used against women from other women!! Its like the "pick me girl" or "I'm just a girl" trend ALL OVER AGAIN.

It's misogyny wrapped up in a shiny bow being sold right back to us. And everyone's buying into it, its so incredibly frustrating to watch.
