Those delicious collar bones!!!
Breakfast is 2 small plums and a cup of coffee. I’m not really hungry this morning. I’ve been taking these Insane Cutz every morning for 3 days and my appetite is gone. I just graze a bit in the daytime and by dinner I’ll eat something with protein and some veggies. Yesterday my calorie intake ended up only being 556, so I guess I can have higher calorie choices if I want. For now, it feels good to eat light. It probably is also because it’s super hot out right now and I hate eating when I’m hot. Fruits are my friends in this weather. Plus I’m chugging a half-Gallon of water a day. That’s just 4 standard size water bottles and easy to track.
The water Has cleared up my acne so much just in the last couple of days as well.

It’s been terribly hot here in Portland, with temperatures in the 100s. My air conditioner is on the fritz and barely cools the room by 2-3 degrees. The plus is that it’s too hot to eat, and I’m sweating like crazy. Maybe I’ll lose some weight through all the suffering.

Easy Mediterranean Chopped Salad - 93kcal/3g protein
Servings: 1 - 93kcal/3g protein
FOR THE SALAD
1-1.5 cups lettuces - chopped
0.25 cup cherry tomatoes - cut in half
0.13 medium red onions - diced
0.25 cup cucumber - chopped
0.25 cup Kalamata olives
0.06 cup feta cheese - chopped
fresh parsley - chopped
FOR THE DRESSING
0.25 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
0.5 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
0.25 clove of garlic - minced
Salt and fresh ground black pepper to taste
1. In a large salad bowl, add all the ingredients for the salad.
2. In a mason jar, pour the freshly squeezed lemon juice and olive oil. Add salt, pepper, garlic and whisk everything together. Continue to whisk while streaming in the olive oil. Taste to check the seasoning.
3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss well.
4. Top with feta cheese and parsley. Enjoy!

Vegan salad recipe (fucking amazing + filling af)
-Baby spinach as base (how much you want cause its super low cal)
-A couple of cherry tomatoes (½ cup is 25 kcal)
-Chickpeas (I used this mini packaging which was 65g and about 75 kcal)
-Smoked tofu (we have this brand in Slovakia called lunter and its 45 kcal for 40g)
It’s really good and big and filling and vegan and I loved it. Over all it’s around 150 kcal and there’s a lot of it. You can use a smaller amount of the ingredients but I had this for dinner and it was really good

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
-200g zucchini. (40)
-100g tomato (I used cherry tomatoes but you can use regular ones). (20)
-50g pizza sauce. (30)
-1 tsp parmesan. (20)
HOW TO MAKE IT:
1. Preheat your oven to 250°C.
2. Shred your zucchini into noodles (you can use a regular shredder if you dont have a spiralizer, like myself). If you want you can boil them for a couple of minutes so they’re softer, but personally I skipped this step because my noodles were pretty thin as they were so if they got any softer they’d just fall apart.
3. Chop your tomatoes as big or small as you like them.
4. Get a small casserole or any oven-safe container to bake your noodles. Put the noodles in the container and mix in your sauce and tomatoes; then sprinkle your parmesan on top and pop that in the oven for 10-20 minutes.
And you’re done!
This recipe is very quick and easy and incredibly low-cal since its only 110 for all of it! I also find that I get full with only half of it every time I make it so 10/10 satisfaction as well. It doesnt give you that pasta flavor but its very delicious regardless and I think its perfect to get rid of pasta cravings.
