THE SUMMER BEFORE SENIOR YEAR…
A lot can happen in the the two month’s time between the hell that is high school. Fresh drama, new relationships, lost friendships- maybe even a new student or five? School’s out and it’s time to celebrate the summer nights. Altea High may have merged with Daibazaal High after the loss of funding (namely from Alfor Altea) but students at Garrison High were bound to have some fun before the next school year comes around.
Yeah, you guessed it- we’re here with a HIGH SCHOOL AU. This is open to all who have a VOLTRON SPECIFIC MUSE. There is no specific timeline or plot to this verse as it’s quite open ended but will loosely follow a typical school year and it’s associated events. It’ll “begin” in the summer before the school year- senior year for many of the characters. Go crazy, have the high school experience you wish you had, give our children the storyline they deserve.
This verse takes place both here on Tumblr (threads, plotted interactions) and on Discord (plotting, characterizations, events, group chats)- YOU MUST BE WILLING TO JOIN BOTH TO BE APART OF THIS VERSE. All information and rules will be available through Discord once your application is approved. This verse is 18+ ONLY with adult content only occurring between muns/muses 18+. No one under 18 will be accepted due to the possible nature of the au. OC, crossover, and mutlimuse friendly- ONE muse per mun for the time being.

it wasn’t entirely her fault for the rather large dent in the ship’s wall. it was her fault, however, for her newest ‘prototype’ rover going haywire and throwing a 30 pound desk into the paneling right next to the door. the same door the newest recruits were walking by from their regularly scheduled ship safety lecture. she had endured what was coming up to a twenty three minute talk about letting her prototypes roam freely without supervision until four large crashes from the same hallway was heard nearly halfway across the ship.
“oh, well... uh, i gotta go cause i forgot to… vacuum my room.”

if someone had told her that staying on earth instead of going back out with the atlas meant double the training, nadia would have repacked her bags and jumped head first into the loading bay. now in between the newest terrain simulations and her scheduled one-on-one combat training, the newest driver laid sprawled face down on three chairs awaiting one of the newest trainee’s.
“and for today’s forecast, we can clearly see here that someone’s got me fucked up.” it took a few seconds of silence for her to raise her head to who she thought was her partner entering only to end up hurrying into a somewhat less lackadaisical postion. “captain shirogane! how... nice to see you’re back on earth...”

oh, she is not at all jealous. not a bit. it’s not like she was the garrison’s resident trouble maker genius kid after the trio disappeared and then suddenly all three plus keith kogane show back up to steal her thunder. if anyone had ever thought she was childish then, they weren’t prepared for her now.
arms over her chest and lips just out at the sight of captain shirogane once again talking to the paladins, only to have the kid himself call her out on it. “you remember one time i thought you were cool? good, cause it never happened.”
