Hunter really wants to make Willow a dress but in order to do that, he would need to ask for her measurements. They are not at a point in their relationship where he feels like he can ask something like that without looking creepy. So he instead tries to subtly steer the conversation in that direction so Willow will just tell him without prompting. The only problem is, manipulating conversations to gather info is not Hunter's area of expertise. So instead, he just texts her out of nowhere with a string of random numbers.

remembering one of the times i was getting evaluated by a therapist to determine if i was "really trans" or not or whatever and he was like "so if you transitioned to male, how would you dress differently?"
and i was like "i.. dont know. I wouldnt?"
and he looked at me blankly and wrote something down and said "really? you wouldnt wear anything more masculine?"
and i realized i'd given the wrong answer so I just said "I would... wear... suits?"
and he smiled and wrote something else down like "ah! yes"

Capitalism eats itself. I think this is an important video that tells us how one corporation's greed creates the doom for all the corporations. And here we have sooo many greedy corporations. Fingers crossed!!
Sounds like some of those big production companies are using this as an opportunity to run their competition out of business or, at the very least, harm their value so they can be gobbled up later. Nice to know that the smaller companies have the option to break away from the AMTPT.
