How to take care of your self harm scars?

(Yeah, I don’t try to say ” don’t do it” because ı know it doesn’t work. But if you want to get help about self-harm, u can ask me anytime!)

Don’t cut with dirty objects

Clear the wounds with warm water

Use non-fiber objects to dry them. Otherwise it will make worse your scars

Let them get some air as soon as you can. If you can, wear shorts/ sleeveless tops.

If they’re fresh, don’t touch them. It will cause infection.

Self-care is so important, so make sure you are doing it well.
