Mix 1/3 cup coffee beans and 1 1/3 cup cold water together in a french press, and leave overnight (~12+ hrs). Press down when ready. Or, just mix ‘em in a mason jar, and filter through when ready to drink. Add ice proportional to taste along with a splash of cream to the concentrate (more ice means you can add less cold water, so you don’t water down too much).
I’ve added a few cardamom, a clove, and half a stick of cinnamon in the brew for an even more special coffee. I call it, Api’s Chai Cold Brew Coffee™

This coffee chiller from Rituals Cafe is way way better than the hot mocha latte I tried once. This was actually really good, and especially refreshing today since it was so hot. And it's topped off with dark chocolate! Price is ok too, about US $5 (14 EC).
