A life update! I’m currently finishing up my senior year of HS and I’ve committed to a college to pursue a degree in Childhood Ed, concentrating in English and minoring in Psychology. My mental health has been all over the place and I deleted this app for a while but I’m starting to feel okay again. I just choose to delete this when I’m not at my best bc I feel like I can’t adequately help people or preach when I can’t always take my own advice. But I’m always here to talk and I hope everyone is staying strong!

I hope everyone is doing well! I'm sorry for my inactivity, but thank you for your patience. I had to take a leave from this site due to my own mental health and personal conflicts that I felt the need to sort out before I felt fit to be able to talk to you all again. I'm back for a bit now!

A short time ago I had asked Kate the reason for starting her blog. She answered with honest conviction. Saying she had attempted suicide a short time ago using prescription medications she takes for her conditions. I too have attempted suicide several times. One of which was the same method. I admire this young lady for her strength and selfless attention to others, hoping to help and prevent someone else from making a permanent mistake. Kate, thank you for being you. All my heart. XO

I'm doing well and haven't been taking prescription medication for anxiety since my overdose, but instead go to biweekly counseling with an amazing counselor. But again, thank you to everyone for all the support ❤

If I may, without being to bold. What have you been through so badly,that you felt the need to begin this blog? I understand if you choose not to answer publicly. You could message your answer to me privately.

Last June, I attempted suicide by overdosing on an anxiety medication I had been taking for nearly a year at the time. After surviving the overdose, I'm working on recovery and I find that helping others helps me.
