Some Jack headcanons of mine! :D
• He sees out of his runes, making them equivalent to his eyes. However, he can change the location of his vision to a different part of his body if he wants, such as his hilt or pommel, for instance. He did that in ch5 of THOT when he was looking at that photo. He's also able to turn his vision off and on, like how we close and open our eyes.
• His hilt is equivalent to his neck. Sometimes when Magnus grabs him, he makes over-the-top choking noises just to mess with him!
• His forgeday (birthday) is on Midsummer. Mark your calendars, folks!
• He's capable of speaking and understanding any language in the Nine Worlds (except sign languages). The reason he sprinkles Spanish words into his dialogue is because he thinks it's sexy and it'll attract him more babes. He likes to speak fully in Spanish with Alex when they're having one-on-one conversations. Also, at some point after the events of TSOTD, Hearth and Blitz decided to give him ASL lessons so he could actually have conversations with Hearth. Obviously, he can't sign back, so he has to glow in Morse Code. Kinda like how Will communicates from the Upside Down through lights in Season 1 of Stranger Things.
• He doesn't actually like all the annoying pop songs he sings. He chooses them according to what he thinks will strike fear (and torturous annoyance) into the hearts of his enemies (and his friends, of course!). His true music taste would make your head explode!
• His favorite movie is KPDH because he has a crush on the weapons the HUNTRIX girls use. He also loves to annoy people with the songs. His favorites are How It's Done and Soda Pop. Also, after he watched A Minecraft Movie, he started singing Steve's Lava Chicken and randomly yelling "CHICKEN JOCKEY!" and "FLINT AND STEEL!" as part of his usual annoyance routines. This went on for months!
• His favorite shows are Murder Drones, Happy Tree Friends, SMG4, Stranger Things, and MLP FIM (since horses are one of Frey's sacred animals)! His favorite Mane Six pony is Rainbow Dash.
• He hates object shows because he finds it uncanny when objects like him are portrayed with human-like features.
• Magnus banned him from using the internet, which was kinda pointless, considering he doesn't have hands, and therefore probably can't use a phone or a computer without a struggle. Take a wild guess as to what horrors he'd unleash from his nonexistent mouth if he did have access!
• Obviously, he can't actually eat or drink, but he does have a sense of taste he can toggle on and off like his vision. All he has to do to taste stuff is to touch it. He gets EXTREMELY hyper when he "drinks" mead!
