Throwback to this hella delicious stack of peanut butter chocolate pancakes🐒 and yes, these r #vegan 🌚
First picture was taken last month after a 6-week cut/shred diet and workout program. I felt lean and not bloated like I do now. My abs are flexed in the picture. The second was taken this morning. Not flexing at all. Bloated from PMS. Also currently on a reverse diet. "Clean" eating but not cutting at all. I've always been confused about my body because in my mind- it still looks the same (even though I'm 10-15lbs lighter than when I started my journey years ago). I don't know what to do about my stomach haha. Does everyone else's kind of stick out like that? It feels hard and it doesn't jiggle. Is this muscle or visceral fat 😂 I'm not sucking in/flexing at all here but I just want to know if this is normal? I know people say that most of the flat stomachs online are flexed and sucked in. So what does a relaxed/PMS/water/carb-bloated "flat" stomach look like? Not to compare myself in a destructive way, just to create a realistic end goal for myself. I really would love to know what you guys think. Or if you have any resources I could check out?

never stop getting better, but enjoy where and who you are right now too :))
Someday you will look back at all the progress you’ve made and be so glad you didn’t give up when you felt like that was your only option.
