Silly Game Time: WEIRD RACES! An average person with stilts that double their height (though this is only their second time trying to use stilts). VS An average person with 25 pounds (11.3 kg) of chains wrapped around each leg (their legs aren't tied together or restricted in movement at all, just heavier).

Which will be the first to cross the finish line 250 yards (basically 250 meters) away? You have $5 to wager on the winner (no split wagers). Place your bet!

I'm going for the chain legs guy. Stilts that DOUBLE your height are gonna be super hard to even get up onto for a newbie. They're gonna fall and honestly probably have to crawl. (which if they give up and crawl from the beginning they miiight actually get there first) 50 pounds total on the legs is a good bit, but manageable even if it does make you slower. I think they've got a better chance.

What do you think could be an interesting variation to this trope? It doesn't need to be elaborate or surprising or original, just something that might appeal to you personally.)

The character has very little skill of their own, but long ago they found an enchanted sword, which when pointed towards an opponent, possesses the wielder with great skill until the opponent is dead. Little did they know the sword came with a curse. They can't stop attacking until the opponent is completely dead, and every night they experience the pain they inflicted with that blade. they have tried to get rid of the sword many different times. But everytime it has returned to them. haunting them like their actions haunt their dreams.

not sure if you could tell but its a little tense. nobody reallly wants to be there. Its taking longer than expected, half of them dont trust kirby at all. Kirby is a coward and wants to just leave this alone but now wants to prove hes at least not crazy. Everyone unfortunately has to be there because it is a potential big mama schemeee 🙄🙄
