Something good, I’d hope. I had some gross things from that table earlier. There was one thing I thought was just chocolate but then it was chocolate covered bacon.
You’re both disappointing me!
kingsrustedcrown:
“We can grab a pack somewhere else if they’re out. Order whatever you’d like, it’s on me.”
I’ll take the chocolate and vanilla swirl with a waffle cone and gummy bears. But can you put the gummy bears at the bottom of the cone and just one on top, like the cherry?
Thanks.
kingsrustedcrown:
“Not I, but damn am I glad it happened. Ready for some good ole tongue work outs? With the ice cream ‘course.”
If gummy bears as a topping are involved, absolutely. You can count me in.

Hope it cures it and feed people medication instead.
I’m more concerned about my cow, but thanks for the idea.

“Fancy seein’ you here on a Friday night.”
@agathatimms
I’m even at the place you told me to meet you. Who would have ever thought it?

“James, I’m fine,” Lily insisted to him once more. “It’s you I’m worried about. You’re bleeding, you’ve got to get that checked out.” She looked at him sternly, glancing down at his shoe for a moment again. But it seemed that the situation demanded that more things were important. “We’ll find her, Marlene,” Lily nodded. They’d find Agatha, they had to. “You said she was eating? Do you know where she might’ve gone after that? We can cover as much ground as possible. I think there’s someone over there – is that her?”
The adrenaline of the moment was enough to keep James from feeling the pain the shot up his leg with every step, it allowed him to ignore the throbbing in his foot. Now he knew Lily was safe, he was as focused as ever, his hand gripped tightly as ever as they moved through the crowd looking for Agatha.
So this was what relief felt like; a cool glass of water down a parched throat, a soft pile of leaves beneath your broomstick when you fell, the sight Agatha Timms standing tall (as tall as was possible for such a small girl) and alive in the midst of a chaotic field framed by nauseating green. “Yeah, that’s— Agatha!” Marlene screamed, her body finally shaking the shock as she ran full speed at her best friend. Tossing her head back in Lily’s direction, she yelled, “Get him to a healer, would you?”
“Thank fucking Merlin.”
@agathatimms
“Marlene?!” It was her best friend’s voice that reached her first. Seconds later, Agatha was jumping to her feeling and darting towards Marlene at a new speed, her arms wrapping around her frame immediately. “I’m okay, are you okay?” Eyes wandered behind Marlene, taking in the sight of James and Lily. Her stomach churned, realizing that maybe she was safe now, but it looked like others weren’t.

Lily had never been so happy to see James in her life. She wrapped her arms around him. While there will still people panicking, Lily was at least glad to know that James was safe. “I’m fine, I’m fine. We’re trying to figure out what happened – we were in the shop and when we walked outside it was already like this.” Lily explained. “Where were you? Are you okay?”
With James now at her side, Lily turned back to Marlene, who was bound to still have people in the crowd she was looking for, and there was still the matter of figuring out what the hell was going on – who cast the mark in the sky, if anyone had gotten injured, was there something more coming? “Right, yeah. Agatha – that’s who you were looking for, right? Where did you last see her?” Lily asked as Marlene drew her attention to something else.
Her eyes fell to James’ shoe, and she saw the problem. “James, what happened?”
His hand moved from around Lily’s back to her face, eyes scanning it to make sure she was okay. Fully convinved, James dropped his hands and nodded. “I was just in Appleby, with Pete,” he explained, “He’s helping the order over there. Is there anyone else here?” he asked, taking a moment to look around him. At Marlene’s words, his eyes fell to his foot. “I just splinched a little. It’s fine – we need to find someone. Find Agatha and then do what we can to help.”
“No, you—” But Marlene shook her head and forced her eyes away from James’ shoe. She’d already lost most of what James had been saying to her already overactive mind. She didn’t have time to waste on more conversation that wouldn’t register anyway. “Whatever. Just don’t bleed out on us or anything,” she muttered, pushing the sleeves of her jacket up towards her elbows. “I don’t— She was eating. We were eating, and there was this disgusting— And then we—she went for more, and I went for drinks, and now—”
@agathatimms
Everything had happened too quickly. One moment she was going for another swig of the bitter tequila, the next she’d been knocked over by the crowd running rampant. It wasn’t until she stared at the sky, eyes wide with fear, did she finally understand. This all felt like a personal attack as she cowered on the wilted grass, staying right where Marlene had left her. She’d wait and wait and wait because they would never leave without the other. Right? Absolutely.

At sundown?

I don’t know. There’s a whole table of options over there.
“I’m done for the night, I think. Go on without me.”

You’re going to let that one mishap ruin it all? Puh-lease. What’s that coated in sugar?

Sure it does, but sometimes you choose what’s morally right instead.
