So I’ve been spending time at the local annual fair thing, it runs Thursday to sunday, and I intend to be there all four days, took time off work and everything.
Well on day one I wear this cute cami style tank top, my divorced construction worker dad jorts, some calf length socks (mismatched of course) and my docs, well my docs started to rub me pretty bad so I ran back and left them in my car.
Now idk about yall but a bright red, sweaty, greasy, shoeless, teal haired, obvious lesbian, clearly older than you, is not who I would catcall as a fifteen year old looking white twink ass lookin bitch.
But alas, I know not the mind of a teenaged boy, I would have loved to respond with something like, “do I look like a cougar?” Or “I am far too old for you” or even, “boy you wish, I’m way outta your league” but alas, all I got off was a sincerely confused look.
I haven’t been catcalled since I was twelve, Nevermind how fucked up it is that I was catcalled that young, I’ve always looked older than I am, but that’s when I cut my hair short, and since then I’ve done everything in my power to emanate “woman kisser” and “man-eater” vibes at every available opportunity.
And let me tell ya I was ready to go all Mulan, I haven’t felt so disgusted or objectified in years, not to mention the fact that I was already dressed well outside my comfort zone, I typically stick to masc presentation and any day I’m more femme usually ends with me feeling very hot and very dysphoric
Well then today, day three, I’m exhausted, hot, dehydrated, wearing gym shorts, ratty ass non slip shoes, and an Eskimo Joes t shirt (Eskimo joes is a restaurant in Stillwater Oklahoma, I know the word ain’t so great but it’s also what the restaurant is called and just Joes isn’t very clear) I’m sunburnt, and sitting on the corner waiting for my parents to pick me up cuz I’m too overstimulated to talk to my friend’s family to get them to let me out, as id been parked in
And there I am, disgusting for all the world to see, and someone freaking revs their shitty souped up engine at me, and I’ve been at a loud as carnival all day
It was such a good day too, I saw a ton of my friends, had so much fun
