@agbaran liked for a starter!
When word came in of talon forces present in the neighboring nation of Ghana, Orisa did not hesitate to answer the calls for help on the issue. She was joined by other military forces from other parts of the continent, all in a effort to eradicate the groupâs presence. The omnic herself would be the main muscle and shields, and alongside other specialized military omnics and machinery, it didnât seem like they had too much to worry about.
At the base they received the call for help from, their air transport landed near by. It was silent now, with no one out to greet them.
No one⊠out? Why was it quiet? Something was wrong. Her programming flew several red flags at the information. A voice shook her from her thoughts; go out to investigate.
âAffirmative.â The large omnic hopped out of the carrier, eyes scanning the surroundings with her fusion driver at her side. Orisa started to take a few steps forward, a couple more troops following anxiously behind her large figure for cover.
Their point had been made.Â
Akande didnât want to hurt people. He never did. The world, however, had to suffer and endure in order to survive and thrive. People needed to hurt before they could heal. Â
The streets had been cleared. Talon forces moved through in rapid, crisp marches, ensure that those still remaining were taken care of justly. Once the streets had been vacated, Akande stepped off the transport to examine his handiwork. His soldiers were ordered to retreat to their vehicles.Â
And there he waited. Alone. In the midst of a broken and empty streets running with the blood of those he has saved. Reinforcements would come. Allow them--Akande could save those as well.Â
