Fine, go ahead and leave. I’ll do whatever it takes to find you
Knew You Were Trouble || Kai and Krystal
"About… one and a half hours. Or well, to be fair, I’ve been wanting to prank someone for a while and when I heard her on the phone, it was like some door just opened up showing the perfect opportunity. There was nothing else to do but take it." Kai grinned. He knew he wasn’t the best at coming up with plans, but that was why he had Krystal. He was usually the one to execute while Krystal was the mastermind behind all the great pranks they’ve pulled. Kai hoped the other would be able to shed some light onto his rather simple prank.
Kai shrugged at her statement. “Well, I don’t know. The great Krystal Jung can be spotty at times. I don’t want to misjudge, okay?” He watched as Krystal looked around and he followed her, also scanning the room for any snoopers before leaning in, and explaining in a hushed voice, his plan. “First we go up to the tech floor and make sure no one’s there. Then we sneak up to her desk and lying on top should be her folder for her project that’s due tomorrow. We take it and hide under her desk with some tape. Tomorrow when she comes to work to pick it up, it will be gone. She will go through everything only to find it taped under her desk. Knowing how obsessive Yoona can be when it comes to work, she will definitely freak. What do you think?”
Krystal slowly clapped at her friend's impulsiveness. "Good job," she muttered dryly. She listened as Kai explained his plan in detail. There was a reason she came up with the plans and he was the hitman. "You didn't factor in two things: if she left someone in the office and if she booby-trapped her desk. You know how she's been meaning to booby-trap it ever since people just started randomly picked up codes she was solving and messed up her desk..." They just needed to find a way around that. The first method would have been easy, as they could just tell the person that Yoona sent them. The booby traps posed the bigger threat. Most likely the way to deactivate them would be some complicated computer code or password that would have bee in any foreign language Yoona could speak--thing is, she spoke at least five languages.
"The plan has promise... And I say it's high time Queen Yoona's been pranked. Oh and, we will have to deactivate the CCTVs in that office." Heaven only knew what technological booby traps that place had. "And to make things fun, how about a bet?"
Knew You Were Trouble || Kai and Krystal
Kai was giddy with excitement as he made his way out of the elevator and to the spot where his best friend stood waiting for him. He couldn’t wait to unveil his plan to the other. He spent the last ten minutes scouting out the tech floor and it seemed like everything was perfectly out of place. Making sure no one was listening, he proceeded to answer Krystal’s question, explaining his master plan, “Okay, so I just heard Yoona in the hallway talking on the phone and she mentioned that she had an appointment at 8:30 for dinner. It’s 9 right now so this makes the perfect time to play a prank on her. My plan is to go up to her office and hide one of her project folders in the back of one of her desk drawers. I think I remember her telling me something about a huge project being due tomorrow morning and she is gonna freak when she realizes that it’s gone."
Kai grinned, “Plus I just scouted out the tech floor and everyone seems to be gone. So, are you in?" He wiggled his eyebrows and nudged the other. He was too bored for his own good and this seemed like the perfect way to kill time. Also, he couldn’t remember the last time they were both free to prank someone. It made good bonding time.
Krystal's lips curved into a smirk as she listened in on the plan. Pranking the uptight Yoona unni was way overdue. She wondered how come no one's ever done it before, or if anyone ever attempted but never lived to tell the tale. It's been too long since they pulled any pranks on anyone. The last one they ever did ended up with the victim crying in a club, and they had both been too busy since then. "How long did it take you to come up with this?" She knew Yoona was a thorough woman, and if they got busted for this, it was serious trouble for them both.
Was he seriously asking her if she wanted in? "Kim Jongin, I am disappointed in you," she said. "We've been friends for so many years and you still ask me if I want in on this? Of course I do." She laughed as she looked around to check if anyone was listening in. One wrong person in here and the plan was going to go up in smoke before they could even begin. Thankfully, they were alone in the lobby. "So what's the plan? Please tell me you've thought this through properly."
A Dancing Teddy || Yixing
He stumbled trying to avoid the reasonable response from a resting, initially displeased Krystal. If he had been hit or grazed even the slightest, it could be a problem - knowing Krystal and her abilities fueled by her dislike for being invaded. The last thing he wanted was for her to think that he was a clingy friend, the kind who didn’t know his place, or one who assumes that it is permissible to gallivant around simply because they were acquaintances. He almost, always assumed that Krystal thinks he’s the silent but creepy one because all he did was stare, smile and nod his head. It was not that he intended to be the mincing twig everyone sees him to be, he just didn’t know what to talk about with girls like Krystal Jung.
Her compliment shot through his body, a delighted smile washing off the awkward blankness. “R-really? Wow… I mean, thanks." Lower lips tucked under his teeth, his dimple showed itself, betraying his attempt to not be oblivious. He felt his cheeks burn, palms sweating as his lips pressed into a closed-mouthed smile. He stood in silence immersing himself her gleeful fit, watching her eyes crinkle and her shoulders rising and falling into the rhythm. “I was… hoping you’d join me?" He scratched the back of his head, the other hand sweating rivers inside his jean’s pockets. “If you’re free… that is…" Desperation weaved with excitement and hopefulness diluted his eyes as he waited for her reply.
At his words, she found herself caught off guard. Yixing was one of those people whose company she really appreciated. Admittedly, guilt for what she did to him was what made her try being nicer to him than her usual prickly self. However, there was just something in him that had her walls crumbling down... not that she'd ever let him know. God forbid he'd use this against her when she wasn't even sure how she felt about him. She tilted her head to the side, as she pondered what to say to him. She didn't want to appear too eager. She may have had experience with boys, but none of that prepared her for boys like Yixing.
"Are you sure you won't mind?" she asked as she crossed her legs. She sounded as cool and composed as she wanted to be. She had to play it cool... friendly, but not over-eager. "I wouldn't want to impose on you or anything, but... sure! I'd love to!" Was this what her intuition was telling her this morning? A date with Yixing oppa? Wait. This wasn't a date. It was just two friends hanging out on a good day. She looked at her outfit; she was dressed in a blue chambray button down, white shorts, and red heels. "Do I have to get changed or anything, or is this outfit fine?"
Knew You Were Trouble || Kai and Krystal
Krystal tapped her foot against the floor, wondering what was taking her best friend so long. He told her to meet him at the lobby five minutes ago and he wasn't around. Whatever it was he had in mind, it better be good. She raised an eyebrow as she finally caught sight of her friend, strutting out of the elevator like he was king of the world.
She rolled her eyes as he walked over. "Alright, Kkamjong, what's the brilliant idea this time?" she asked, once she was sure they weren't going to be overheard. One look at his face told her that whatever it was, it was going to be good.

Hey, this new hair color actually works. :))
“Love exists but with an absence of eternity. At the first moment of a lovers encounter, there’s an affirmation of love. Psychologically, Lunacy, Emptiness, Panic, Delusion that the moment will last forever. I’m ceased by desire. I hide behind my back and postpone all answers."

A Dancing Teddy || Yixing
He was in no position to ask for a day off, especially when his stats are average at best. With much nagging, Yoona allowed him to go out and about without repercussions after. After finishing his morning exercises, he hastened back to his room and got ready. He threw himself into a casual attire, an unbuttoned plaid shirt over a white wife beater and jeans. He had been planning this for months now. Not that it was extravagant or anything, it took longer than supposed to because the words kept getting stuck at his throat. Krystal has that effect on him. Other than being tongue-tied, he was thankful for everything she makes him feel. Despite the feeling that the young woman was particularly nicer to him than others, he can’t help but think that maybe she was being like that because he was pitiful in her eyes. Nothing’s worst than that, and it was those thoughts that kept him hesitant about this whole thing.
He checked every place Krystal frequents at this hour, but found her nowhere in sight. He boarded the elevator with a heavy heart, shoulders low and gaze on the floor. “Who am I kidding…" He mumbled as he stepped out into the lobby, hands sliding into the pockets of his jeans. He looked up and found who he was looking for, sitting alone and looking defeated. His heart started to race, he swallowed the dry lump in his throat and took one step another, holding his breath until he just a couple steps away from her. “H-hey, Krystal…"
Just as she was about to drift off to dreamland on the couch, a voice pulled her out of her drowsy state. As a reflex action, she kicked the person on the legs (or at least tried to), she was about to grab the person's arm to throw him (based on the sound of his voice) to the ground but opted against it. She opened her eyes, hoping that it wasn't some higher-up she attempted to kick, or else that would have been horrible for her. Once she was done stretching her neck and fixing her hair, she finally looked at the person who woke her up. OH. SHIT. It was much worse than a higher-up after all. It was Yixing oppa, the one boy who could actually make her smile and blush. She wasn't certain what this feeling was, after all, it was never this way with any of her ex-boyfriends. She wasn't sure what to make of this feeling, but she knew this much: she secretly kind of liked it.
"Oh my goodness! I am so sorry!" she said, once she managed to get her voice back. She was going to be dead if she bruises him... Yoona unni was going to kill her. "Did I hit you, oppa?" She asked, trying to keep the fear away from her voice. Although he was one of the nicest people she had ever met, Krystal couldn't help but wonder if Yixing ever got angry. She wondered if he secretly hated her, as it was partly her fault he got demoted to a sub-unit back then instead of being out on the field. She sighed as she took in his appearance. He looked like he had somewhere to go today, and she couldn't help but wonder if he'd be going alone or if he had company. "You look nice today, oppa," she said, smirking at him. "Do you have a date tonight? Who's the lucky boy or girl?" She threw in a wink at him before dissolving into a fit of giggles.
A Dancing Teddy || Yixing
Krystal found herself with nothing to do, one summer afternoon. Training was done and it was summer, so no school. Jongin was no where in sight, so she obviously couldn't go and bother him. None of her roommates were around either. She strolled long the halls of Seoul Inc., wondering why she woke up feeling that something good was going to happen today. Nothing interesting had happened so far, besides managing to beat her sparring partner at practice. She scowled at how wrong her intuition was. She swore, one more false alarm and she was going to bitch at the first person she met. Her hands clenched and unclenched as she glared at every living thing that dared to get in her way. It was way past noon, and there was no way she felt like going out alone. Her gut feeling was telling her not to give up all hope just yet. There it was again, that intuition of hers... It had its hits and misses; and she wanted to think that today was one of those days wherein it worked. She sighed as she sat on one of the lobby's chairs, just letting the air condition's cool air blow on her face, wondering if there was even a point in feeling excited about today.
Trust is Meaningful || Krystal & Minho
Minho choked on his own saliva at her comment, causing wide brown eyes to look at the younger, “Krystal!!” he yelled sightly, reaching over and hitting her arm gently, not enough to hurt her of course, but just in plain surprise on the very fact that those words came out of the younger’s lips, “Can’t believe you just said that, no we’re not gay. Well… besides Taemin, okay… I’m not gay… and I’m quite sure Jonghyun or Onew aren’t either…” he thought that Key was gay but he wouldn’t say that outloud to the younger, or else her idea would just expand and what not.
“Hey, hey, but sometimes those one guy stands and what not, those guys can be clingy too….” he pointed out to the younger with a nod of his head and his eyebrows raised, “Some guys are desperate and what not and whoever they can get laid with, they’ll stick to…” Minho rolled his eyes slightly at Krystal’s comment, “No, I don’t need to get laid, Krystal…” he simply told the younger. Yeah, he doesn’t need to get laid… why would he need to anyway? “Yeah, yeah, I’ll buy you bubble tea next time we go out, arraso?” he said nonchalantly, but he’ll add that to his list in his mind. He liked treating his dongsangs out and what not, especially Krystal.
Minho shrugged slightly, “…Emotions, especially love, is just weird, stupid… and why would you want advise from a heart-broken guy like me? Come on Krystal, ask Taemin for that. Him and Kai are just like totally in love…”
Minho's reaction confirmed all she needed to know. "Yep, you need to get laid alright." She rolled over to the side and wondered about the rumors about Suzy doing a 180 lately. "Have you talked to Yoona unni? She's been meaning to talk to you about your ex-girlfriend for some time now." It looked as though the girl had totally lost it and last she heard from Yoona, the older girl was at her wits' end.
"Are you willing to get back together with her again if given the chance?" She said as she looked at him. She was goingt to think of him as an idiot if he ever went back to her. She had taken his heart and broken it to pieces, but Krystal also understood why Yoona felt she needed his help. It amazed her how Yoona willingly swallowed her pride just for the sake of their family.
"So.. what happens next?"
Heroes don't exist. If they did, I'm not one of them.
Sherlock
Oh… OH! I… *laughs lightly* I just thought… because the cheesecake and all. I… well, yes. Yes, I do want some bubble tea. Been a long time since I’ve had any actually. They only had coffee at our station. And no one seemed like they’re into that sort of drink so… *gives himself a mental punch for talking too much* Let’s go after work, yes?
Oppa, you talk too much. *she tries controlling her laughter* Daehyun's not going to beat you up. If he does, I will personally castrate him. Bubble tea's a go later then? *she wonders how someone older than she is could be so cute*
Did you think that I was gonna give it up to you, this time? Did you think it was something I was gonna do, and cry?
Maybe some day... in the future. If there's a chance all wounds will be healed...
Happy birthday to Kai the star-player, heart-breaker.
I got you a suitcase to replace that identifiable pink one with polka dots, so that you'd have something to use when you get sent out of the country for a mission. And so you don't look so gay in the airport!
BFFs || Krystal and Kai
Kai nearly choked on his meat as he heard her question. Of course, the girl would remember that incident, despite his many pleads and prayers that she would forget. Kai shot her a glare as he took a sip of his water and replied, “Shut up… You don’t know how much shit Sehun gave me for that. I swear that kid is more possessive than Jonghyun hyung…” Kai recalled the various (successful) attempts at getting him in trouble with the mentors and trainers. The kid emptied out his bullets before the shooting test so oblivious him went to pick it up and when he shot it, nothing came out. However, Kai did have a strange feeling when he picked the gun up but simply dismissed it as just anxiety. Though, he swore he could hear the snickering from across the room as the SNSD noonas scolded him. Yoona was off duty that day so he didn’t even have her to run to. All he could do was stand there and listen to Tiffany go on and on about the importance of being prepared in battle and the possible chance of death if you’re not. Of course Kai knew that, and he sure hoped that Sehun did to when he went out to kill the younger that night. However, he didn’t get very far with that plan because he was unfortunately stopped by Luhan. “I know, even though her slaps suggest otherwise. But I’ll talk to her and clear it up.”
Kai continued eating and nodded, “Of course you will.. But if you have to be a slut, chances are it’s not worth it. Just be patient.” Kai paused to think about Krystal’s question. He didn’t exactly have too experience in the guys department so nothing came to mind, or not quickly anyways. He didn’t like to admit anyone being better than him but amongst the few, there was one guy he especially despised. “To be honest, I don’t know why you’re asking me for this and not your other girl friends. But there is this one guy that floats around the Haru area. It’s been annoying with all the attention he’s getting. Apparently, the girls like small town guys better than the billionaire’s sons now. Anyways, he’s a new rising star, an actor under the name Yong Jung Hwa. Super annoying, but I heard the girl’s gossiping and he seems okay. He doesn’t look that bad, but he’s an easy prey for you. And when you’re done, please dispose of him quickly because I don’t want to see him around Haru ever again.” Kai made a face at the thought of the man. After background check and background check, the man was definitely a nobody. He didn’t understand why everybody was so obsessed with him. Irritated, he took a shot and groaned.
Krystal clapped her hands like a seal as she continued laughing at Kai's misery. "I'm still surprised Sehunnie hasn't outright killed you yet. Where is that boy?" They were missing half of their '94 crew right now. It used to just be Kai and Krystal, until both Sehun and Jinri (now known as Sulli) joined the agency. Since then, it's been the four of them who stuck to each other against the older kids who tried (and failed) to make their lives hell. "Did Sehunnie ever have feelings for Lu Han oppa or was he just an overprotective dongsaeng? I always got that part confused..." She had some idea of how protective Sehun was over the teammate that acted like older brother to him, yet she was always confused whether it was the kind of love Kai and Lu Han shared or if it was the sibling complex kicking in. She wondered if that relationship ever affected the friendship between the two boys. She hadn't been able to observe so much since she and Jinri have been put into their team. "When he and Jinri come back from the dead, I demand a '94-crew reunion. Complete with fun, alcohol, and music."
She took his advice to heart. It wasn't worth it if it meant debasing herself. The moment Krystal heard his name, she couldn't hold back a cringe. "Yong Junghwa? Ewww..." She remembered that upstart from her troublemaking days, even before he was discovered by his agency. He was that guy who blackmailed her female classmates to have sex with him in exchange for answering their exams for them. She heard he got plastic surgery after high school graduation. No, she never needed him to answer her exams for her, but she's heard enough of him in the school trouble-making scene from the other people she got stuck in detention with back then. She told all this to Kai and waited for his reaction. Now that she heard this person was a menace to her best friend, she decided to see if he was worth the hype. She was always the type to play with her boys before they had their fun, and she hoped Yong Junghwa did not disappoint. "He's supposed to have had plastic surgery done before he got scouted. Any shit he's starred in so we can go see how he looks?" For all the hype he's been getting, he better be. She hadn't gotten any in a long time and she wanted her first one after a long period of abstinence to be really good. She brushed her hair off her face, as she looked around. "He's way below my usual standards, but for you, I will. How do you want me to remove him though? Embarrassment or death?"
