Q: WHEN????! A:Presumably pretty much from the day they met. It was assumed for a long time but it was technically officially made canon in Marvel Presents #5 in a flashback comic.

Q: Oh yeah, they have a kid don't they? A: They have 7 kids but none of them are from sex. They have sex for pleasure and tasty brain chemicals because they're canonically married and consider themselves to have gotten married the moment they met (in a church). Also, I said "the Venom symbiote" and not "Venom" because, in the comics, the symbiote has no name (though is nicknamed 'Symby' by fans and writers). "Venom" is the fusion of Eddie and the symbiote. Think Garnet from Steven Universe.
