"Oh dear, do you need help?"
Saying this city was huge was an understatement, and claiming that it was easy to navigate was clearly underestimating the brunette who, with a determined glint in her hues, kept her wooden staff close and did just that.
Actually, attempted to is more fitting. Because she’s wondering where she is, confusion increasingly identifiable among determination.
She was about to huff and go back the way she came when an inquiry arose, immediately drawing her attention to the source.
"Oh dear, do you need help?"
"I do, in fact! Per chance, is District Epsilon this way?"

"Robots are metal things that go bip-boop-beep-bop!”
"And dinosaurs are these HUUUGE creatures with enormous claws and teeth! They’re really scary and they growl at you and go ROOOAR and I’ve heard they even EAT ponies!”
"Bip-boop...beep-bop?"
Recalling what she had already faced, and the description of the di-no-saurs before her...well, they didn't seem all that scary, though scaling them in her mind certainly made it so. "I see. They aren't alive here and now, however. They shan't be that frightening..."
" My knowledge of robots is that they are modeled after girls who go to school and wield items known as rocket launchers! "
"Rock-et laun-ch-ers?" Those sounded potentially dangerous, and maybe she shouldn't have queried further, but her curiosity was piqued. "Apologies, I know not of those. What are they?"
”You don’t know what those are? Robots, are like artificial people, kinda. They’re made out of metal and wires, stuff like that. Dinosaurs are old ass lizards from the prehistoric period.”
"I've heard nothing of them in my time spent in the Temple of Wind, nor in Caldis."
Ah, so they were vaguely similar to airships and the great windmills that provided Ancheim with power. Di-no-saurs, on the other hand...
"Prehistoric period? What ever do you mean?"
"What are ro-bots and di-no-saurs?" The little bot sparked quite a discussion among the denizens of Hive City. Well, better late than never to get a question off her chest, too.
ROBOTS OR DINOSAURS?
"Ro-bots...? Di-no-saurs...?" She doesn't understand.
the adventures of Agnès Swolige
"I shall not partake in that again." It's bad enough when she hears whispering behind her back about, "ohhh, that's the bikini chick!" or "daayumn, them curves lookin' fine~" followed by derogatory hollers and shouts.
"Never again!"
✰ dance along to bohemian polka in the middle of sector oo5.
Being forced to don the bravo bikini was terrible, and if that wasn't enough, some kind of melody was twitching its way through her body...in the middle of the busiest district Hive City had to offer (from what she's experienced). Her hips swayed, funneling the attention of less-admirable folk, followed by all the intergalactic races one could imagine. All she felt as the tune crackled in her veins was heat building up on her cheeks, and the faint pulse of the wind as it caressed her bare skin.
Is this the real life
Is this just fantasy
Caught in a landslide
No escape from reality
Oh, how she craved mercy at the hands of whatever gods were out there. She raised her arms, hands balled into fists, and swished them in the opposite direction of her hips.
Look up to the skies and see
I'm just a poor boy, I need no sympathy
'Cause I'm easy come, easy go
Little high, little low
Anyway the wind blows, doesn't really matter to me
To me
Her arms dropped below her waist, and her legs moved on their own next, drawing her to the left and right, candid shakes of thigh and hip given unto the crowd. She was starting to feel a little lightheaded and dizzy; her face was burning, her mind was aflame with some weird song, and she had no idea what was compelling her to do such a nasty thing before all these strangers.
Nothing really matters
Anyone can see
Nothing really matters
Nothing really matters to me
Anyway the wind blows - Hey!

((Well I've only seen a few posts, but you defiantly have her personality down very well.))
[Awwwwwh, thank you very much!! Writing her is much easier than I expected it to be, honestly. Maybe her lacking bad streak is helpful, hm…]
What is one thing you really like about how I play my character?
☯ + finding out the merchant guy was scheming the desert town
Send me ‘☯ + a scene from my characters canon’ and I will drabble it from my character’s POV.
[Note: Event viewer was very helpful here. Think of this as more of a novelization of the scene than anything else.]
He snivels before us, his round, plump form jolly in its belittling of the people of Ancheim. I see only an empty contempt hidden beyond his beady eyes, a hunger that I cannot put into words.
"Ah ha hah!" A hyena's laugh erupts from this foul man; my brows only furrow in response. "I fear zis joke is not funny." He waves his cane at us, the emptiness in his gaze quickly replaced by amusement. "I have business with zis gentleman." He directs it at the townsperson, who cowers before him. "We have no time for baseless accusations."
"Then what of accusations with concrete proof?" Edea steps forth, courage aflame in her light green eyes. Chairman Profiteur lifts a brow, the bright glimmer in his own not leaving. She presents the letter we found in the thieve's den, and a belligerent laugh leaves him.
"Oh? And just what is zat, eh?"
Ringabel steps forth, right aside Edea. "A little souvenir snatched from the lair of the thieves prowling the oasis of late." Lips firmly tucked in a smirk, he continues. "It bears your signature, chairman. As well as your orders to attack any citizens."
"What?!" The townsperson recoils, visibly shocked by the revelation. "Then when they..." Jaw slack, body trembling, eyes riding the ends of his lids. I cannot bear to see this. "And you were planning to rob me now a second time!"
"Ahh," the chairman sighs, tired irritation present in his tone, "zis day. No luck at all." He taps the floor with his cane, using it to leverage his little body. "I suppose zis is ze result of trusting zat useless urchin to perform a single task..."
"Then you don't deny it?" Edea barks, knuckles bulging at her side. "Release the city's wells to the public, then. Immediately!"
Another boisterous laugh erupts from the chairman. This despicable excuse for a human being is enjoying this. "I beg your pardon!?" He jabs the cane at us again, though we remain vigilant in our positions. "Just who are you to be issuing ze orders, girl? As I told you before," he points to himself, perspiration pricking his forehead and cheeks, "zis is a business! If you are too poor, zis is your problem. Stupid enough to be tricked? Your problem! Don't like it? Go earn some money, eh!?"
I feel the same contempt for this man that he feels for all of us. It's infectious, taken from him through the air. It boils down in my veins, and I've only one goal in mind when I direct my gaze upon him.
I will avenge the innocent. I will reduce him to ash, and all those associated with him.
The rage unfurls, and I raise my staff. Flames uncoil from the ruby sphere atop, and in a moment's notice a wall of fire is barreling towards him.
Good riddance. He is no man. He is a monster.
The innocent man beside us leaves, not wishing to partake in the battle to come. The chairman makes no sound; we hear only the crackling of flames as they consume the bookshelves and desk.
A taller frame propped against the rising smoke springs to its full height, and casts it aside.
"The pay for this job will be sufficient, I assume," the man we fought in the den says, briefly bearing a glance back at the chairman, "Erutus Profiteur."
"Ahh, but of course!" Erutus states with glee, a certain lust accompanying the amusement in his eyes. "If you kill zem all, I'll increase your profits!"
"Contract established," he speaks with no emotion, only motivated by greed. "I'll provide you your money's worth."
I steady myself once more, drawing in short breaths. I mustn't give in and lose my composure. I must remain vigil!
✰ put on the Bravo Bikini
"W-What?! Th-That’s…that’s…"
"UNACCEPTABLE! I-I DENY YOU YOUR REQUEST!"
Poor Agnes though; she felt compelled, high above her morals and common sense, to don that secret weapon.
"Th-This is..."
T-Too..."
R-Revealing! The fabric i-is...nonexistent!"
Poor little Agnes.
