Ok, so, I was thinking... since I obsess over both languages and tmnt, what if I just conlaged the Utrom's language.🤔

I already have so many ideas. But my strong point in language is grammar and writing systems, so that may be as far as I can get. Unless someone else is interested 👉👈

It's almost been a year but I think I'm actually gonna get to this. So far all I have gotten was the first step in the conlanging process, the worldbuilding step; basically where you create the history of the language and go from there. The wiki page for the 2003 utroms has been an absolute lifesaver as I'm trying to make this as believable as possible, and it's just easier.

I read a fic a couple days ago where Don was having some sleeping problems and he asked Leatherhead to sing or something and Leatherhead was humming an Utrom lullaby and I got a years worth of inspo just from that one scene. I'll try to find a link for it and share it so I won't lose it and omg it was so soft

i can't believe it's been over 2 years since the first post, and I can finally update this!? the dictionary has over 400 words, n grammar is decent n overall the language is very much usable, to the point where I can have simple thoughts in it without having to look stuff up.
