#i keep having bouts where i think im doing well and then one thing happens and i completely crash #and thats because well im holding on by a thread always <3 but i recognize that im having bouts where. im doing well.#which is a major step up from even just a few months ago.#my darling friends who havent heard from me i do apologize and i will do my best to reach out soon.#months old messages at this point... ive had a lot going on. good and bad. but there is good which is something.#ive been in a few years long hibernation it feels like. dissociation and isolating because i didnt really have a choice.#its strange coming out of my little hole so to speak. it has been beautiful and very painful also.#i will do my best to reach out soon. i miss being online. i had to use instagram recently and its truly an awful place but #it was making me think of how much i used to post. and on tumblr too. things are so different now though. but i miss #the communities i used to be in. i feel lonely sometimes about that of all things...#anyways. its 130 am and i cannot sleep #im doing some writing as i wait on the melatonin gummies to take me out.#ive been writing and painting a lot. and not much to show for it. which sucks but in a way also good i think.#enjoying the process of things for the sake of making not so much the end result etc etc #goodnight ! or morning or afternoon etc etc
