Sims 4 Shipping Container homes NO Custom Content

Finished up my shipping container homes and they are

ready for your sims to move in!

This lot includes 5 units:

Unit one: Landlords home/fishermans home: this includes a workbench

Unit two: Single mom (1 child) Scouting board

Unit three: single parent/two parents w/two kiddos, pottery outside

Unit four: "Lovestruck" single sim, music room

Unit five: The Spellcaster- this unit can house two sims but has

one room, the other bed is the dreaded murphy bed.. the bedroom has a private step out

balcony with their own cauldron, gem making section and main balcony with a sitting area. (this is the biggest

unit technically)

The lot includes the eco living recycler, dew collector, and a water generator above

the shared laundry unit. This lot has plenty of activities from chess, to the pool, the the local

coffee truck, plenty of gardening space and tons of balconies to take in the fresh air.. you know, once they vote

to clean up evergreen harbor!
