My husbands uncle has just passed away, Allah yerhamo. He went to pray, came home and he died. Please keep him in your duaas. Please ask Allah to forgive him, have mercy on him and pardon him. SubhaanAllah, what a reminder. May Allah keep us steadfast and take us away when He is most pleased with us. Ameen

I am really missing my second home - Egypt! Me and my husband have settled back to the UK for a few months now but we just can't stop thinking about our life in Egypt. Everything was so different. The people, food, atmosphere. We are loving our life in the UK now and are surrounded by amazing people but I just feel like I am missing something.

My cousin just came back from Egypt with his 12 year old daughter and the amount of sexual harassment she was exposed to is extremely sad. Right in front of him too. Everyday. If I have a daughter I’m not taking her anywhere near that place. Muslim country or not. Adthan 5 times a day or not. I’ve seen way too much over there.

I used to live in Egypt and got harassed every time I walked outside. I used to get followed home, got stalked by a group of men in a car - it was crazy! I remember shortly after I got married to my husband - who is Egyptian.. We was in Cairo and was walking down a busy road and 2 men were making disgusting remarks about me in front of my husband?! It was just shocking and it made me feel uncomfortable to the point where I wouldn't even lift my eyes up off the floor when I was outside. Love love love Egypt as a country and miss living there but hate the fact that literally every single woman I've known to visit or live in Egypt has got harassed.

I do not want anything but a good prayer from a good Muslim, to remain a secret between him and Allah”

Ideas for the 10 last days/nights: • Donating every night one pound only, or of course more. So if your Sadaqah is on the same day as Laylatul Qadr, you are the same as he who donated for 84 years ~ • Every night pray minimum 2 Rak'ah Qiyyam Layl. So if your Salah is the same day of Laylatul Qadr you are the same as he who prayed for 84 years ~ • Read every night Surat Al Ikhlaas 3 times (and of course other surahs) So if your recitation is on the day of Laylatul Qadr, you are the same as he who recited the Quran for 84 years (surah Ikhlaas specifically) ~ These are some simple ideas to gain ajr for the last ten days, which you can implement whatever it is you like. Maybe you can share this so whoever does it, you will be rewarded with the same as well, bi'ithnillah 😊
